Not sure if this was mentioned or not, but I love how the cuts (camera swipes) to the instant replays are even reflective of the era you're in.

I like the way they dribble up and down the court

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
an errant pass that went bouncing toward the scorers table got a reaction out of a few of the guys at the table including one who reached up and caught it and then made a big goofy smile. and it wasn't just a sudden animation warping everything into place. these animations started while the ball was still in play and it looked so real. even a person at the table behind them who was in the balls trajectory stuck their hands out. one of the coolest sports game details I've ever seen.

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
I havent gotten into 2k at all since 2k19 but I am loving this years game. as a cpu vs cpu league person, watching the CPU AI has been much more enjoyable, as they often make really intelligent passes and decisions! Here is an amazing play by Garland and Jokic in the all star game (fantasy draft league). everything about this was so cool. the decision making, the execution, the way the defense acted. i continue to be blown away! much more realistic game and way more entertaining to watch!

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
I had Stockton go down with an injury when I was playing against them, later on, he subbed back in the game, and any time he exerted himself, made a shot, ft, etc, you could see him rotating his shoulder and wincing in pain. It was awesome, lol.
Game is absolutely awesome. Loving every minute of it still yet. I got down 11 early on with 91 Bulls vs the Celtics in Boston, and I was a nervous wreck. Ended up starting to chip away at it, every time Jordan came back in the game, Pippen was ICE cold. Every time MJ would head to the bench, Celtics would go on a run. I made a concerted effort to force the issue with Pippen, to break his slump. He ended up being the big reason we won the game, hitting 2 HUGE 3's down the stretch. Just a phenomenal experience.Twitter - WTF_OS

The shot fakes have opened up the game.

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
When updating CAPs in draft classes... the have made "real" NBA players versus Fake players easier for updating.
There are two different jerseys in the CAP screen.. the ones with Mainly red and black are those that they have likeness licenses for aka Real Players and then the fake ones or fillers are the ones in the mainly white./red jerseys..
Pretty cool to differentiate them!Comment

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
Agree this has been a huge game changer! Attacking close out. It has completely opened up the mid range game.

That’s nice jeebs.
I haven’t seen any shot fake cheese either. Tuned perfectly

Re: NBA 2K23: The Little Things
So I actually hate this in real life but it was pretty cool to see it here. I got my first mid-fastbreak camera cut-to-baseline cam moment today.
