I’ve had this thing happen on a few occasions where I foul a guy in transition (let’s say while they’re still in the backcourt) and they’ll get a free throw — that looks like a technical ft — because he’s at the line shooting by himself. Has anyone had this happen ? Idk why this would happen

How do you take control and relocate other teams or change their floors? For example if I'm the Bulls but I want to change the Suns floor after 1992 season how would I do that?

So I'm thinking about buying the game because I hear it's really good this year.

I have heard that shooting can be hard with the meter and I am really bad at mastering that kind of stuff. So my question is, can I change shooting to real % shooting and avoid the meter having to be perfect every time?

Okay so I have a question: MyEra, the team scoring is way too unrealistic.

I have the normalize sim mins/stats turned on, like I have in the past versions of 2k I've played (2k16 & 18), but this year the scores are incredibly unrealistic. Every score is 140+

In MyCareer, my team is winning every game and barely missing any shots. This is also unrealistic.

Is there any way to modify these so that I'm getting more realistic scoring, both when I actually play games and when I simulate games for both modes?

Nah, for sure not. It’s almost like the game considers it a clear path but it’s just a regular foul in transition (with several of my players ahead of the ball handler who was fouled).

So I really struggle to create good looks in the 90s. In the modern era I manage that with Freelance and series alone, but I feel like here I need to run more real plays.

But I feel like most plays I find are more designed for the modern game. Do you have any idea how I can find plays that are better suited for the 90s?

When searching for team logo images for custom expansion teams.. is it not possible to search by keyword? I'm only seeing a search by onlineID option. Did 2K remove the option to search for keywords?!

A few plays will have a number from 90-99 in the play name, which denotes that it's a play from a team that played during the 90s, so the spacing and everything is designed for that era.

Do you mean the new foul NBA is implementing this year? The transition take foul, where the team gets one free throw and the ball back?

2 Questions

What determines whether a badge is Tier 2 or 3? I saw a video and some badges that are Tier 3 for me was Tier 2 for someone else? Would much rather have them Tier 2 if possible.

Also in NBA 2k22 they had Larry Birds finger to the sky while walking away on green releases...is this still in the game?

Playing on Last Gen (Xbox One). I'm trying to dig deep into MyLeague (after years of not playing).

• What are some of the top things to adjust in settings for a realistic MyLeague mode? I already received a fairly decent trade request from the CPU that I declined, but what other features should I potentially turn off or set to manual (like league expansion, etc.)

• Any good write ups or tips on how young players develop? I added a few mentors for my young players, but I want to better understand how to develop a young team beyond that. Does giving players minutes in games develop them? Would it make sense to send bench warmers to the G league? Can I give younger players more of the practice time vs. my vets?
