I ususally turn ACE off and all my reportings here are based on that. I tried to play around with ACE on last year but then actually you don't really know which settings are actually used as the AI will change them "under the hood", no matter what you set them to.
I have given up on leave him honestly. From my experience, with leave him, the defender will stay very close to their opponent, even if they are Andre Drummond standing on the far weak side corner. I want Myles Turner to contest everything that enters the paint, not stand around with a non-threat in the corner.
basically you can hit the otf menu on defense and change rebounding either to crash boards or run in transition. but i don't know if this actually has an effect at all.
so basically I can pick my poison: either the def OTFC settings don't work BUT I have control over my defensive scheme OR I give the control over my defensive scheme to the AI BUT have control over the OTFC settings? sounds terrible...Can anyone confirm that?
And what do you mean by "ACE on and both off"?
Well sorry, but that's not what this thread is about. I for myself want to find out which tools I have at my disposal to change my gameplan the way I want it to be. Of course I could just complain about what stuff is "broken" but that doesn't help me win more games. So this thread should focus on reporting what works, what doesn't and which option does what.
