Re: Any word on Fast Breaks in 2K24?
So the game is out... and I still see a lot of videos about magnet defense and severe catch up. So fast breaks still aren't a thing. Guess I'm not getting this one.Comment

Re: Any word on Fast Breaks in 2K24?
Yeah I had the Lebron era Bulls going against the Thunder and witness Kendrick Perkins hawk down D Rose on a fastbreak and stop him from behind. Very disappointing, if someone figures out how to improve fastbreaks and speed between fast and slow players please postComment

Fastbreaks are much improved from the games I have played.
You can definitely out outrun a slower players, and score in a variety of ways. 100 times better than last year.Psn: Alabamarob

They’re in.
Also that hitch when players get the ball in the backcourt is gone.

Re: Any word on Fast Breaks in 2K24?
I feel the sandbox is there to improve most of the areas we want to see enhanced. Better fast breaks has been my first focus, because I felt like the sense of urgency was there but the player pace was still too draggy or slow IMO. So I sped the player speed and acceleration attribute sliders up slightly, not to intrude on it moving too fast. Most guys getting downhill coast to coast with decent speed only need about 3-5 dribbles starting from behind half court. You can see it here where I've got the player speed at a good starting point for better fast break action:

Re: Any word on Fast Breaks in 2K24?
Nice, I'm curious to see your results/sliders when available. It has been a mixed bag. After playing more I saw a few fast breaks, but still saw to many times that certain players where catching players from behind that should not have been able to catch up too or couldn't blow by. I played with the 2002 Blazers vs the 2002 Spurs. I witnessed David Robinson catch up to Damon Stoudamire on open fast break from behind and also witnessed Tony Parker could not even blow pass Zach Randolph also.Comment

Re: Any word on Fast Breaks in 2K24?
I can definitely say that fast breaks are back(most of the times) seen a few time were the cpu (without the ball) stopped on the 3pt line with no reason. But most of the times, fast breaks are working great, especially the CPU running them really greatComment
