Watched a game from the Magic/bird Era between the Knicks and Showtime Lakers. In an attempt to slow the pace of the Lakers, after every made basket, the Knicks had a Big guard the in-bounds pass while the rest of the D set up down court. I thought that was really cool. It's also really cool that the Lakers actually run and push the pace at every opportunity as well.

I like a lot of things about this game but aside from Proplay, Mamba Moments, the LeBron era and the new players that come with that, Roundball Rock being a track is my favorite thing about this game.NCAA: Kentucky Wildcats
MLB: Atlanta Braves
NBA: San Antonio SpursComment

Re: NBA 2K24: The Little Things
Heard this playing during a play now game with current Heat vs Celtics. My only gripe was that I didn't hear the chant until near the end of the 4th quarter when I was already up 20 with the Cs. Still a cool touch and makes me wonder what other chants they added.Comment

Re: NBA 2K24: The Little Things
They have fixed a lot of small issues from myEra that was bugging me:
- Drafting players, the image of the player wouldn't load or show up or it would move away. Now it stands still.
- If I am circling through "Upcoming free agents", last year they would have players in the same jersey as the first player I was looking into. For example, If I was updating Jordan on the Bulls, even player after would be in a Bulls Uniform and not in their specific team attire. Now they cycle through in their proper and respective jersey.
- The Championship celebration in older eras camera is positioned correctly lolComment

Re: NBA 2K24: The Little Things
Kobe's mannerisms are pretty wild. Many of his signature dunks are accounted for as well as a number of other idiosyncrasies. Here's his limp hand strut after breaking the NBA record for threes in a game during Mamba Moments.

What was even more surprising was the fact that after Kobe hit his 12th three and the Lakers ran up a 20+ point lead, the game automatically subbed him out and the game fast forwarded to its conclusion (the substitution seemed to happen verrrry close to the time he checked out in real life). Then, I was treated to this...
