Try clearing the cache on your Xbox and doing a fresh install of the game.

Someone mentioned adjusting the motion blur in settings fixes graphical issues.

I wonder what I need to set it to, because I turned it all the way down and am still having issues.

Oddly enough, I noticed it doesn’t happen in certain arenas. When I go into Eras quick play (LeBron era) and select the Celtics as home team, the problem doesn’t exist….Leads me to believe it’s a bug.

I am experiencing the same issue and did not have this problem in 23 with the S. This is happening during games in MyPlayer and not with an ERA filter.

So far the gameplay on XBOX Series S is really fluid but I am experiencing a really weird issue that only occurs during actual gameplay and not to the hud or anything...It also disappears when the game is paused.

Strangely enough during gameplay the models and some other items have transparent filter lines going across them like noise or static...It's almost as if it's an overlay like in emulation.

The TV I have the little S hooked to is not 4K so maybe it's just a resolution thing but it's enough to drive me nuts or at least was last night.

It doesn't happen in the City games either? no clue

Any fix to this? I'm having the exact issue. Tried re-installing, and switching from 1080p to 4k and still not fixed. It's honestly ruining wanting to play the game as much since it just looks so bad.

I've not had this happen on my Series S. Have you tried turning on/off HDR 10 or Dolby Vision? Tried a different input?

I remember Madden people saying their game looked bad and they were playing the Xbox One version they had from dual entitlement.

Seems like this has only been an issue for a small number of users... sucks to be in the minority. I doubt this gets fixed

Yeah man, I've tried everything as well. Seems like we're in the minority. Today I finally went ahead and upgraded to the Series X (something I had been planning on doing anyway)
. I feel like this is just the start when it comes to issues with Series S. The further along we advance into this generation, the more the hardware is going to show it's limitations.

The only games affecting performance on Series S are huge ones like Starfield not NBA 2K. [emoji38]

2k is literally more gigs than Starfield.

Like I said, this may not apply for the majority , but clearly the performance has been an issue for certain users this year. I’d rather be safe than sorry by upgrading to more powerful hardware

Yes but only due to 2K not compressing the game properly. It should be Madden size. I was speaking more about the engine of 2K not being near that of a game like Starfield or Flight Simulator. Most games other than those perform similarly on Series S.
