So for previous 2K’s all classic teams had a more grey-ish shadowy “off white” color for their home jerseys. It was never crisp sharp white like current jerseys. Then 2K23 fixed that with any teams in the Jordan challenge (80’s pistons, lakers, cavs, celtics, 90’s Sonics, 80’s & 90’s Bulls etc. all got crisp sharp white home jerseys).

From a YouTube showing all uniforms, it looks like all white jerseys are now the same color, as in I don’t notice older jerseys being more grey/off white/shadowy. Does that mean all classic white jerseys are crisp white or does it mean all white jerseys now are more shaded and off white?

Unfortunately a lot of rookie not in the roster currently. 42 out of 56 from the drafted players, I didnt find amy undrafted player yet.

Also its pretty annoying that the rookies has no tattoo, for example Jalen Hood Schifino has tattoos all over his body but in the game he is totally naked.
Usually the rookies get tattoo update?

Is there a way to use some of the teams from the Mamba Moments game mode into a custom season? I really want to do a custom season with the 2009-2010 Los Angeles Lakers, and use that team for a custom season of my own. I really want to just create my own 30 team custom roster using teams from all over (some from Mamba Moments, some from Eras, some classic teams, etc.) Thanks!

You can use Eras and the new LeBron Era for that I'm sure. You do have do some legwork though, but the tools are there.

For uniforms and courts, you have 2kshare so no worries on that.

Legwork still, but you could be able to get what you want if you put a little time into it im sure. It wont be perfect, but Im sure it could be fun as hell still.

Does anyone know how to do the size-ups while moving backwards? For example, Jordan when he dribbles between his legs while moving backwards. I can’t figure out how to do it this year. I believe in 2k21 or 2k22, you could even do the size-ups whole moving forward, but that was taken out in 2k23.

In 2K23 to do that move I have to slowly (key is slowly) flick the right stick right left or left right over and over and sometimes it doesn’t work but sometimes it does. Are the controls now different for those size ups?

Is the pro play technology only used on the current Nba players? Or did they use it in the older Era modes?

I could never do it going forward on 2k23, but going backwards, all you had to do was tap the L trigger once while moving backwards and you would do a backwards size up. On 2k24, nothing happens when you do that.

Also on 2k24, I haven’t figured out how to stop at full speed and change direction. On 2k23, you would tap the L trigger while moving and you could shift directions on a dime.

Two questions!

1. Last year when I played on series x and while using the 2k camera view, there was always a frame judder or drop when crossing half court. Has this been resolved for 2k24?

2. For those who have the game for both PS5 and Series x, are there any noticeable differences in looks or performance? Trying to decide which console to purchase the game for.
