Have always just used Real Player % and turned shot timer off to get most sim-like experience IMO

I don't see why not even if it's last gen because it's generally been a thing in all versions of the game for years (the percentage may change year to year, don't recall that part).

I had no idea this was a thing. I like the game to look like the game. So I turn off meters and names. The only thing I haven’t figured out how to turn off are all those hot and cold and badge symbols under players.

Well I can’t crack the code on this. I watched the video and I still don’t understand exactly what it’s asking to do. I just want to release the stick at the top of the jump shot. I use set thinking that would be the best option but nope.

Are there any videos on the shot stick sliders for these

Shot Coverage Impact: Change the impact of being open or covered on all shots
Shot Timing Impact: Change the impact of shot meter timing

I cannot find a sweet spot.

Use push.

Its at the top of the jumpshot, at the moment of the flick of the wrist moving forward.

Basically the start of pushing the ball out of the hand.

Set is also at the top of the jumpshot but that moment is like when the shooting hand is horizontal milliseconds before it starts the bush.

Push to me feels like better to time as i use the set point to release and with lag/ delay and such it times into the push window lol
