Way to Normalize Sim Stats?

I'm enjoying pretty much the entire mynba experience except sim stats. Way too many people over 50% fgp. Big stars off shoot 55-60%, including lots of guards (Jordan, magic, drexler, etc).

Is there any known fix for this?

Simulated. Like after multiple full seasons. The stats in the games I actually play are good. Appreciate you giving any advice you got

I've been working on this for the last few games. The only thing I've been able tonfigure out is basically eliminating all badges except for defense and post game stuff.

Anything that allows guards to hit more 3s or finish more efficiently has got to go.
