Do they add and upgrade player badges when they drop player rating updates?

I can't remember if they do or not.

I can't remember if they do or not.

Badges are a complete mess at times. There is no real logic to them. Sometimes there are legacy issues. Sometimes there are bad classic roster badges. Man it's all over the place.

I was looking at teammates. It's very clear that one uses floaters all the time when he's in the lane. The other uses it once in a while (finishes better at the rim). You would think it's so simple. But nope the one that didn't use it as much had the floater badge SMH [emoji23].

Yeah badges are wild this year. Why does Wemby only have 6 badge points? Even if you hate that he's rated at 84... It's wild if you think he only deserves 6 badge points.

The answer Is sometimes - usually when I make enough noise either in the forum or in a video they'll update the player in the next update.

Their process sucks.

I have 30 badges on Wemby btw just from Scouting him. I would consider it highly likely that Wemby's badges get updated

Yeah badges are wild this year. Why does Wemby only have 6 badge points? Even if you hate that he's rated at 84... It's wild if you think he only deserves 6 badge points.

This is normal. We are only 5 games into. What would you give him.

Wemby is going to be a challenge for 2 to rate correctly.

Ratings and badges are arbitrary at best. Marcus smart has 91 perimeter defense and James harden has 70. Considering one player is an elite defender and a DPOY winner and the other is essentially a pylon. Some badges are pretty awful for sim game play anyway. Very arcadey, however if you play online it definitely sucks when you know a certain player should be doing better but they can't because of badges or vice versa.


I suspect Wemby will have a lot more than 6 in future updates.
