    The lack of help defense, especially from a team like the Celtics, is slightly concerning though

      That's because 2K puts the help defense slider way too low at default. Raising above 75 last year alleviated the piss poor out-of-the-box help D.

      Obviously, that doesn't help online players if they don't correct through a roster update.

      It also doesn't help us see if any improvements were made to defensive help logic overall. Which is pretty annoying cause it was improved last year, but still needed further refinement. You rarely saw 'helping the helper' or secondary rotations (or more) from the CPU.

        Saw the footage in slow motion to analyse the details and I am amazed at the new dribble system. Seems like feather touches of the left Thumbstick translate accurate on the direction of the players and turning the corner with turbo makes your players body tilt in realistic angles, create momentum and exploit the holes in the defense. It also seems there is better spacing.
