Curious for all the creators out there. Do you have certain materials you use for certain parts of the shoe or do you leave on default?
For example I always use fabric on laces and lining. Maybe we can get some feedback for those who wanna step up their creations.

I create every shoe every that every version of Michael Jordan wears in the game because they're all off in one way or another (the closest 2K one to real life is the Fire Red 4). I never use default for anything.
I use two things:
1) I have at least one version of every Jordan I edit, and that helps with the materials.
2) If you look up a shoe on some sites--Stadium Goods is one if I remember correctly--the description informs you what some of the shoe "parts" are made out of, ie leather upper, etc.
I've only made 2 so far in preparation of the Jordan Era--the Hare VII and the Charcoal VII. For example, the overlay on the Hare's is Leather, while it is suede on the Charcoal's.Comment

Is there any way to assign Li-Ning to players who aren't already with them? Those foreign shoe brands are unavailable unless you already have them and there's some players who wear Li-Ning that aren't assigned them. On PC
