A bit of an update on my testing:
    1. Activating the "Increase the Salary Cap by 5/10/15M" offseason change/vote appears to have NO effect on cap.

    2. Starting a MyNBA from the Steph (most recent non-current) Era and simulating to present day leaves you with significantly less than the actual 2024-2025 Cap.

    3. The Cap progression appears to be frozen at 140M (2024) 150 (25) 154.5 (26) 157.9 (27) 161 (28) 164 (29). This is inconsistent with what is widely expected as a result of the NBA's recent multi-billion-dollar TV deal, which is a 10% increase in the cap each year which would be 140/154/169/186/205/225 by the 2029-2030 season. I'm considering submitting a support ticket to 2k; which I've never done before, but if they don't either fix their cap projections or enable us to fix it, the point of MyNBA Eras will be completely broken. I've been a dedicated 2k gamer since 07, this makes me so sad...

So of course these teams are cash-strapped as hell.

I know sometimes sliders wind up changing something different from what they say. I haven't done any testing for that... but I think this could really help our cause.
