I just commented on this vid. Cut scenes still being 30fps on the Pro is a huge disappointment. I was considering getting the Pro, but after seeing this I'll pass. 2K is the game I primarily play. How are cut scenes & replays still 30fps? Smh

The pro was never going to be "worth" if you were counting on leaps from one game, that releases yearly, to significantly upgrade a game that has already been on sale at a discount.

Remember these games received updates to be played on the Pro. It wasn’t made for the pro.. Next time they’ll have a year of using the technology so it may be improved. I think we should all relax a bit before making a final judgement on whether the console is worth it or not.

Exactly, patch for pro isn't out yet, come on. I don't think it'll be huge difference but wait for it before judgement.

I get trying to be optimistic, but you still won’t see a leap next year because the game is going to be made/optimized with the base PS5 and Xbox Series in mind first. That’s where the money is. This console is for the niche. Most devs know this and will never take true advantage of it’s ‘power’. Same happened last gen when the pro consoles came out…next year 2k may add more reflections and finally deliver 60FPS during cutscenes…but that’s as good as it’s gonna get.

Hate to keep beating a dead horse, but the experience you all desire is on PC. Highly suggest getting one OR waiting for the PS6 to come out and hope 2k delivers another PS3 to PS4 type leap.

I wasn't expecting leaps.. But bro can we at least get 60fps across the board? I don't think that's asking too much from a $700 console imo. 2K should've given us a Performance Mode years ago. It's about to be 2025 & we're still doing 30fps cut scenes & replays?

Coming from my Xbox series X this looks way different to me in a good way, but it’s almost giving me a headache because of whatever they do with the motion, i’m new to PlayStation is there something I’m missing?

That’s crazy. Clearly as they noted there’s zero advantage or difference from base on the NBA side.

2K making their only enhancements on the City is a perfect testament to how many resources this brand sacrifices to that crap. Imagine the possibilities if it was only an NBA game.

The lighting got a huge upgrade in the arenas on the Pro. I'm not sure why they didn't mention it in that post but it's very noticeable when comparing the Pro with my standard PS5.

Only difference I noticed on 2K was it was brighter and that’s coming from XSX. Out of the 6 or so games. 2K showed the least. Now every other game has been $$. BO6 is definitely sharper and looks nicer than the XSX.

Man it’s so refreshing to play on broadcast camera and not feel like the screen is twitching when the motion is fast on screen……

No, most of the people commenting have no idea what they are talking about. Until a patch is released, all you will see is a minor upgrade based on the new hardware, so let's wait and see what the patch does.
