Not sure if 2k is the same as EA and SDS, but the player has to make themselves available for a scan.

Just had a game where Shams was the guest commentator with Kevin Harlan. Not just his normal phone call but he was part of the team. I don't remember any games like that pre patch.

If you raise it to them on discord, they’ll more than likely fix it. They probably didn’t recognize it in testing as something like a warm up can be missed when they have so many other things being fixed. But they’ve fixed a lot of issues regarding jersey accuracy this year.

I really wish they would finally fix the injury issue in MyGM but it’s been in the game for 4 years now and is still happening.

In MyNBA, injuries heal at a 2-3x rate compared to what they should. It happened when they started adding in badges to staff a few years back. However even if you turn badges and abilities off, it still happens. I think the original intent was to have badges that assist with healing so players healed faster, but now it’s gotten to be completely unrealistic. Guys come back from Torn ACLs in 3-4 months.

So if it says a guy will be out 2-4 weeks, he’ll be out 1-2 weeks. If you check the injury days in the vitals section, you’ll notice it decreases by 2-3 days every day that you sim.

Lmao 2K are the masters of 1 step forward, 2 steps back.

Last update they finally fixed the black stripe that since 2K24 was incorrectly on the 93-04 Bulls jerseys.

Now I realized due to that fix, when you now select 93-04 Bulls jerseys in the modern era, it no longer comes with their awesome classic warmups that were introduced in 2K23 and were in 2K25 up until last months patch.

Unreal. Such a cool feature now likely gone for good since no way will 2K put it back in, even though it’s a reflection of work they themselves put in.

Send them an email about it and then also reach out to the discord on the game issues. Be sure to send pics in it as well.

If you do not do action, it won't get resolved. Being frustrated on forums will not get it fixed. Once you do that, many of us will help push it.

Before Season 1, I reached out to them about the Orlando Magic floor error, the Phoenix Suns 92-00 uniform error, Bulls stripe error, Steph Era uniforms errors and the Nuggets 93 uniform error. Some emailed, but all sent to the discord.

Guess what happened? They saw and fixed it. Took some time but they do listen.

why can't devin vassell get a likeness update? this is ridiculous, far inferior players have gotten theirs.

he has had the wrong hairstyle for 2 years now. 2K is so lame.

Hopefully they do it when they add his tattoos.

Castle has the same hairstyle now so also needs an update, as does Jalen Green with cornrows. Hair updates can often take a while though (both Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins took about two years to get updated as well, for example), it's rarely done straight away.

I don't know if it's because they need to rescan the player or something like that?

That's what 2KSupport told me to do.
First, it says to send a screenshot or video; I sent a screenshot since it was more convenient.

Then they told me to send a video which I thought was a little much.
After that, they told me to report it on Discord which I thought was a bit of a runaround.

The problem with that was I didn't have the "credentials" to post the issue, so I had to post senseless comments repeatedly just to level up to be able to report the issue, which is the answer to your question.

A lot of people are right but so is JAY_D1--2K will fix some issues, but it does seem like you have to bend over backwards by providing a video, detailed description, your social security number and a blood sample from a next of kin for something to happen. But if you do all that, it may give you a better shot.

There are workarounds for it but it’s definitely not ideal and I only noticed it last year when I went fully in on a MyGM and turned badges off. Once you notice it, it’s painfully annoying.

All you need to do is send in a video/picture of the issue. Discord communication I agree is way better

I do agree the email support is annoying, but if you can find a way to post in Discord it would really work. Email support is frustrating as ever, but you have to see it through if you can't post on Discord.

We will knock out these bugs one way or the other lol

Wait...you have to level up to report an issue?

I don't buy NBA2K until Black Friday deals but I was going to report that the crowd shirts for Bulls playoff games should be red instead of white. It's one of those things that's been there for years but I never reported before because I couldn't decide if it was too minor for anyone to ever bother changing.

How much do you need to post to level up?

They need a better triaging system with 2k support. I get it when people don't include enough information on the original ticket, but if I'm giving a detailed description and screenshots etc up front, it is frustrating to then go back.and forth with someone over a week to reset my.cache, give all my psn details etc, only for the end response to always be "I've now submitted your ticket to the appropriate team, you won't hear anything further".

Injury duration not working properly isn't going to be solved by clearing my cache, my man.
