    No, that part was clear.

I was 7-3 and I assumed you could keep going in pursuit of the 9 wins until you get to 8 losses, at which point you get demoted. But really, you have 12 total games to win 9 or else you either start over or get demoted.

I guess that makes sense because winning 9 games our of a possible 17 (using my example) wouldn't be very difficult.

This is the first time I haven't moved on so I guess this situation never came up for me before in prior seeds.

Sapphire Durant is the only reward card worth getting.

Sapphire Rose has a slow jumper animation, no outside shot, and a 60-something steal rating. Sapphire Iverson is a much better card if you want an athletic guard who can pass well, play defense, get steals, hit from mid-range and finish in the paint.

Sapphire Griffin is the worst card of the bunch, with no inside skills, plus no jump shot or speed/quickness to compensate. His vertical rating and dunk rating are the only things he has going for him. Shawn Kemp is a much better power forward.

So basically, there's no reason to keep playing once you get Sapphire Durant. If you already have Diamond Durant, don't even bother playing RTTP.

I compare it to a really bad movie. Sometimes you just want to see it to the end after you already invested so much time into it.

Getting through all the cheesers is beyond frustrating but I just want to to beat it once and for all. I do know the reward for 1st seed sucks and I'll probably never use Rose as I already have Iverson and Gary Payton.

I love Sapphire Iverson. He is probably my favorite card right now.

99 speed and 99 quickness let him blow by virtually everyone in the game. The only people who can stay in front of him are Russell Westbrook and Derrick Rose, but nobody seems to use those two guys online. So the only time you can't beat your man off the dribble is if the opponent also has Sapphire Iverson guarding you.

Even though he's small, his layup ratings are high enough that he can finish through contact, even without equipping the finisher signature skill. He'll even finish a lot of drives with a dunk, which surprised me.

94 steal makes him a great off-ball defender, as he can come in from the side and steal the ball from players who rely on isolation offense.

And of course, he's pretty much automatic on any jump shot inside the three-point line.

I've given him dimer, pick pocket and lockdown defender, which lets me use him as a "defensive specialist" point guard.

I was undefeated until the 4th seed. First game in the 4th seed the dude cheesed his way to a win. At this point, I have Jordan, almost all of the emerald players, sapphire Iverson, but there's no reason why I should be losing to cheesers.

Since coming to the 4th seed, I've been 2-3 because I've played 3 people that just drove with Jordan or penny hardaway for an easy poster. One game I lost I tried to get jordan an open outlet of an inbound for a leaning shot, but 2K's cpu suck-in animation came through and forced me to shoot a contested shot. 2K needs to cater the game to the people not cheesing.

Sorry to tell you but it only gets worse from here. It's more common to get a cheeser in the 3rd and 2nd seeds than it is to get someone playing properly.

Try to get a center that can protect the paint like Olajuwon. It won't prevent all the dunk cheese but can help.

I was getting cheesed before that seed. The guys just weren't that cheesy. When I started the 4th seed I started using emeralds. I'm trying to get Lakers Shaq but everytime I open the pack I get a dupe instead of who I need (Kobe). I do have Robinson and rookie Duncan though and I'm just getting back to using them.

I was getting matched up with all bronze players in seed 2. Anyone know why? These players definitely weren't in that seed.

Happens to me as well. I think if there is no one searching in your seed or you've been searching for a long time it'll put you with a lower seed. Imo

I think Genk's right because on my last couple of games to stay in the 4th seed, I played about 5 games and 3 of those people quit on me. I haven't had anybody quit on me since I got to the 7th seed (everyone I played quit before that).

Second seed seems glitched, if you lose a few and then hit the minimum games to stay it resets the whole seed. Has happened a few times to me.

Also can these idiots ever fix the issue that occurs ALL THE TIME where you don't get your playbook??? You're going to take away my game plan then give me a mystery playbook I have to figure out during the game??? And I can't even look at the playbook during a timeout??? Same issue as last year! Great job 2K.

What was your record at the time? I think this happeneed to me too. I was 7-3 and after loss 4, the round reset. I figured that since I only had 1 game left, the game calculated that it was impossible for me to win the 9 games needed and reset me.

                              Is this not the case?
