The only reason I am is to get the four sapphire cards so I can get every card...and I regret it every time because playing online is horrible

Im curious to what your assist-d strength setting is. i played a game online and didnt realize the setting was at 0. what settings help improve playing d on 3pt cheesers cause on 0 it seem every move i made i went too far from the opponent.

also, how do you play d to stop cheesers? its pretty hard to block every shot if they time the shot meter perfectly

i used to play on 0 all the time on 2k14 unless some dude raised it to his level. then i would do so to keep it a fair game.

however i noticed in 2k15 due to the new defensive playstyle, i wasnt having much success on 0 or fun in that matter. so i raised mine to 50 for the first time since 2k11. and the game became fun again and my defensive was actually working. and this time it seems to save correctly so the other guy cant see what setting you are running on. unlike in 14 where you had to keep redoing it infront of the guy.

Still not sure what exactly it does. Is it help defense setting or CPU assisting on manually guarding? Or assisting for every player off and on ball?

Im curious as well, but it feels like the higher i set it i wasnt sliding away from the opponent as much

At 0 when i tried using the r-analog to get my hand up at the shooter i just went right past him

I noticed that my defense collapses a lot at P&R if the slider is set high. Most people think it is a support for playing on ball defense though. Maybe someone at 2k can clarify?

I find that the Defensive assist sliders and the boxout sliders are bad when turned up, having them at 0 and manually doing those things gives me way better results than having them even turned on.

I really wish they'd fix this time out glitch, so annoying. Can't believe people actually do this either its so lame

I can't get constant perfect release with the input lag in this mode so I guess I suck at 2K

You've gotta be kidding me... I need one more game to advance to the 4th seed and I just got kicked out of two games back to back and was winning both... guess it doesn't want me advancing.

It did the same thing to me, I honestly think it's programmed that way

I've lost my heart to play, online is just a cheese fest, three chuckers, missed layups, ghost blocks/steals. It doesn't even resemble real basketball

While all that is super annoying, if they just fixed the input lag, I think the game would be a lot better. Defending threes, timing shots, and doing the dribble moves you actually want to do would be much easier if the input lag online wasn't so horrendous.

Just played a game against a guy who would double team me every time I tried to run a play, the plays don't execute quick enough so I just had to abandon it entirely because if I waited for the play to unfold he would force a jump ball with the double team. Never seen this before, interesting tactic.

If the lag was nonexistent then that defense would be rendered useless

Has anyone made it past seed 4? Only time I was close it D/C'd me 3 times in a row, now I'm struggling to even stay at seed 5. Everyone has LBJ+Durant+Howard and unfortunately I can't afford Durant and likely never will be able to since I'm done domination. Is anyone having any luck at the higher seeds? Everyone is soo good at seed 5 it makes me wonder what the higher seeds are like or if I even want to know!
