Anyone have more tips on getting 700+ points consistently? I read what ReadySetDiego wrote but I'm still usually getting a little less than 700 and max'd out at ~780. Just not getting any steals or fast breaks really. Maybe my team isn't good enough yet I'm all silver.

what are ur avg rebounds, assist, and second chance points? i avg arnd 26-30 rebounds, 22-25 assists, and about 8-14 second chance points. also try to maintain ur free throw% at 100, its easy 100 points. Key is to get an assist on every field goal, preferably a 3 or a fast break. Fast break is hugy because u get +4 for a fastbreak and +4 for every point u scored on fastbreak at the end of the game that comes up in the mt breakdown. I mainly focus on just playing hardcore defense and get all defensive rebounds and run in transition. My opponent is usually always very low 40's or below 40 shooting percentage. If u need help in a specific category lmk. BTW im avging about 850+ per game after what readysetdiego told me. So shout out readysetdiego.

Pretty lame the prize PG for this mode can't call plays for himself. If you want a pick and roll better hope your bigs have those plays as a screener.

A random tip I haven't seen posted yet (could be wrong) is to turn off all replays in the game settings menu. The top 2, which are after basket replays and something else. Put them on Never. Doesn't sound like much but those 2-4 seconds of looking at a players face and you can't inbound add up to a decent amount of time.

I just got through Portland so I'm fine for now but still haven't broken 800 yet so the coming games might be hard. I think my defense is just bad. In attempting to speed up the game I give up 50-60 points and score about 70.

i think ull improve with every game as u will start to get better players off packs (HOPEFULLY). Wish AH was working. you HAVE TO play run n gun imo to score a lot of points and give urself a shot at having a lot of assists and fast breaks. no matter what run after a defensive rebound and in ur defensive rebounding setting, set it as run in transition. even if u miss ur shot on these runs, u are giving urself a good shot at an offensive rebound and a putback which will give u a lot of points. Also, one last thing, i double team the AI a lot. pretty much every possession. i get a lot of jumpballs and thats also why im avging 90+ points every game

Beat the Jazz twice, got 700 in each game, no stars, MT points or packs were awarded. This common? :|

819 here. I started four gold players and one silver. Key is just to...dominate. Be efficient and get a wide margin of victory.

I really like that you don't need to use all bronze this year.

Thanks for the tips. I've been getting better and hit 880 MT points last game. Also pulled an Anthony Davis so the game is definitely getting easier to put up higher scores. His outlet passing and blocks are great for fast break points.

ur offensive stats are great but domination in this game is defined by defense i.e. rebounding especially offensive rebounding, steals, blocks, and SECOND CHANCE POINTS. also, fast break fast break and fast break. run n gun city. u got this. lmk if u need help in something specific

no not at all. u can totally win a game by 5 and have 30 rebounds, 30 assists, 10-12 second chance points..and u will get ur mt. but think about it logically, no way u get 30 rebounds if the game is that close. that means the other team not missing that many shots OR ur FG% is not that high. higher ur FG%, more points u get which most likely will result in u beating them by more than 20 automatically. there have been times where the other team is hot n im barely up 8 at half. but by end of the game im beating them by 40 cuz i would end up going on like 26-4 run or something crazy. gl man lmk how it goes
