I find it funny also that Nickthebulls fan, Shake, and Gento want to keep Locker Codes saying you you don't have to spend money on it and is better to keep in codes than packs because its free. Really? I want the best cards through packs or RTTP rather than being glued to a computer screen waiting for a code to be gone as soon as it pops up. Plus Nickthebulls fan tweeted "They are free cards that we don't need to spend money to get... Do you guys really wanna spend more money on MyTeam? #KeepLockerCodes" You wouldn't have to spend money on it if they gave us MT or made it a reward such as how you get Diamond Shaq. Yes it would take a long time but you earn it and is better than a *** **** code.

Shaq (98)
Melo (98)
George (98)
Isiah (98)
Malone (99)
Bird (99)
Lebron (99)
MJ (99)

So youre lineup could be Isiah/MJ/Bron/Malone/Shaq with George Durant Bird and Melo on the bench without doing anything in the mode itself. I dont mind locker codes but they shouldnt be giving out best players in the game this way, anything else would be fine really

Exactly, that is practically an entire team and didn't do a damn thing to earn it. What would be the point of buying any other players after that?

Theres pretty much no point in doing anything this year, Collecting or playing. RTP rewards are straight garbage this year to the point where theres legit no point of even playing RTP. Lets go down the list

Saph Westbrook - Emerald is better

Saph Curry - Ruby is better

Saph George - PD Paul George is a 98 while hes a 91!

Add in the fact that pink diamonds kill all these rating wise (obviously) Lets keep going

Diamond Harden - Ruby is better

Diamond Durant - PD Durant

Diamond Shaq - PD Shaq

Not to mention all these OP Pink diamonds theyre releasing are all rated so much higher than any of these collection reward guys, including whats supposed to be the highest one, Iverson. Hes only a 95 overall while all the PDs theyre releasing are 98+. Plus the Pink Diamond Isiah Thomas theyre releasing is a 98 which kills Iverson in every category. You can have the best possible team this year from simply just having fast fingers lmao

Like I GRINDED for my cards hours and hours of my time, and these clowns won a typing/sitaround contest and get a BS roided lineup that can get a W against me without playing any basketball.

I just got totally worked by a team with all PDs and the best non-PD player they had was a silver Marion..........

I don't think the LockerCodes are the main problem. The main problem is lack of content! I have 4/5 Pink Diamonds but can't do $hit with them, because of these ridiculous restrictions. There should be a season mode or more domination games where you can play with whatever team you like.

If you're not in the top 4 seeds you shouldn't be allowed top cards. But hey. That's just my opinion.

Cards should be earned. Not handed out through pot luck.

I don't have a problem with Locker Codes, but what I do have a problem with is what they give away with the codes. The best cards in the game should not be exclusively available only through a typing contest. If they want to give away cards, they should be given away in a pack, where someone has a "chance" of getting one and they should also be available in-game via the auction house or purchasing a pack. If a special card is earned via a challenge or completion of something, it should not be given away or available in a pack.

It seems like last year they did a fair job of giving away packs, VC, and other game items through locker codes, but that well seems to have dried up for 2K15. I can't remember but a handful of times for 2K15 that there has been a code for something other than a PD. If they are going to give away stuff, it would be nice to see more people get a chance at something. I feel bad for the people that are seconds late for the PD codes...at least give everyone who enters those ridiculous hashtags, for a short period of time, something (VC or a pack) for wasting their time.

Exactly. I have no idea how many actual Pink Diamonds are released at a time, but say there are 4,000 people waiting on Twitter to get the code, and only the first 100 people get it, at least let the people who didn't get it in time revive something. I don't care if it's a free pack, some free VC or MT- whatever. Give us something. "Sorry, this locker code already reached it's limit. You have a received 5,000 MT points."

Chris Smoove has enough gaming influence to go speak with whomever at 2K and state his case though. They won't just ignore him, he's too big.

No need to cause a "MyTeam Revolt" - he could of easily just asked if it was fair, got a response and then shown it to 2K about how some of the public feels about it. While he has their attention, drop his ideas or ask his fans what ideas they have for the mode.

It really seems that nobody at 2k seriously plays this mode, there are many bugs and few things are thought through properly, not to mention the lack of content. Several people reported giving 2k detailed reports after they asked for it, with nothing ever coming of it. At least this forces 2k to change something.

First, my TL was full of YTers at each other necks, drawing lines in the sand. Second, this is the ONLY mode it seems like they play. Every other day I fire up my game there is an update/content for this mode. Well, on the PS4 this mode is constantly given content.

Maybe they couldn't properly fix the bugs without breaking something else?

Honestly, this whole thing today wasn't about bugs or content. It was about people being mad they can't get certain players. Last year, it was everybody has the same team. They applied this because the MyTeam community complained about it. Now the MT community is mad because cards are rare and only come about by following their social media coordinators.

Now I feel for you guys that aren't content creators on YT but those YTers are mad because they can't boast about having these awesome squads. They're mad because they can't make 10001 pack opening videos and landing studs - nobody is gonna watch you get a "2nd tier" player.

Eventually when people put their emotions aside they'll pass the right info to the right people. Right now most of us who don't play MT are waiting for the Drake like sneak video disses haha.

i used to play mut from 2011-2014 and I think 2k can learn a lot from the mistakes of EA in regards to the MUT mode. PD players should not exist at all. Locker codes should be given out, but only for packs or special edition players(and have the codes be for players who do not have any special cards). MUT got ruined by over saturation of special edition cards that were either worst or the same as prior editions (just like meter this year). MUT social media gives away cards, but only an extremely limited amount so 2k can't do that. I think Locker Code players should be 90-94 overall and have special badges to make them different from the other cards but they will have lower stats. A trade block should also be added in order to expand the game mode/community. Also collection rewards should be higher. MUT Combatted the farming problem by setting a 5 account limit per a system so why can't 2K do that to. Sorry for the long rant lol
