I got past the Warriors with 847 MT Points, and for my hard work and agony, I get...Marresse Speights as a reward.

I think the only gold player I've ever gotten from beating a domination team is Blake Griffin.

you won't get anything good out of domination except the reward players. It's only worth the grind if you want kidd and Pippen, don't get any hopes of good pulls in domination.

How on earth are Memphis ranked 3rd in this game??? Having said that my first attempt at them I get done, they're are the first road block I've hit for awhile in domination just wondering why my team all of a sudden plays like a D League outfit all of a sudden...

How on earth are Memphis ranked 3rd in this game??? Having said that my first attempt at them I get done, they're are the first road block I've hit for awhile in domination just wondering why my team all of a sudden plays like a D League outfit all of a sudden...

I found them difficult as well due to the slow tempo they play at. Only team ive played where the PG just casully walks the ball up the floor. Hard to get quick shots out of them.

I refuse to play domination. It is silly. Having to win a basketball game by certain way ( exploiting post fades) etc is a silly idea. When the game dictates you how you should win, it isn't basketball anymore. A win should be a win even by 1 point

I'm so glad I finished it can get super frustrating feel your guys pain. Some tips run full court press and trap...and if you have to and got a nice lead just foul make sure you're scoring and assisting in the other end. Don't foul till a couple minutes left though and unless you know you won't make the cut.

I totally agree with your points. I'm still playing it, mind you, cause I want the cards, and the MT, and frankly, it's part of the MyTeam experience, so I'm just kinda going with it.

But yeah, I would much rather play my own style, and just get the W.

(So frustrating, needed 650 to beat somebody last night (I don't even remember who) and I got 646. Gggrrrrrrrrrr...)

I finally knocked off the Warriors! 810 on the knocker! A Rudy Gay 3 on buzzer gave me a 72-69 win so I thought... (Also expecting the game winner trophy to pop up).. but no received a call on Marc Gasol for an over the back foul off Gay's shot which gave Bogut 2 shots at the line so the margin was 72-70 in the end as he missed the 2nd one!

What are the All Star teams like in terms of 2k's absolute garbage they pull with the Warriors? Please tell me its not as bad????

Frankly, I think the All Star teams are a paradigm shift upward in difficulty, because the lineups are so stacked. But maybe you mainly had issues with the Warriors because of their play style...

Nah, in all seriousness I breezed through basically everyone and got stuck on Memphis with their defensive play style, got past the Spurs no worries and took around 6-7 times to eventually knock off the Warriors.

Did pull a Amethyst Anthony Davis last night which helped when playing the Warriors this time around beat them first time with him in there. O Boards and 2nd chance buckets were very handy. I also had Bogut on my bench and swapped him for Gobert whose defense is insane!

AD can be really valuable in Domination. For the obvious things but especially for two specific reasons:
- Pick and Roll: To get Assist, Made Shot, and either Dunk/Layup bonuses.
- Post Spin: To get Made Shot and Post Shot and either Dunk/Layup...possibly even Assist if you can pass to him in the ideal high post area and immediately go to Post Spin.

Make sure to upgrade him to Gold Post Spin Technician and Gold Screen Outlet for obvious reasons. Add Gold Relentless Finisher so that his energy reduction from paint collisions is reduced and you can keep him in the game for maximum minutes. And upgrade to Gold Posterizer so that his posterizing dunks add energy to his teammates.

If you put a +9 Post Fade shoe on him and add Gold Fade Ace, he might be able to Cheese PFA's for you, too.

What are the chances of me knocking off both the East and West squads at the first attempts? BANG!!!

Not bad with 2 silvers still in my squad. The Greek freak and Gobert I'm playing ahead of Tim Duncan and a few other golds (mostly PG's)

If anyone wants an affordable roster that works (Still working!) then try this out and let me know how you go.

I've been awarded '05 Quentin Richardson for beating Suns in historic domination but he is nowhere to be find in my collection. Isn't he released or what?
