Congrats on getting The Logo.

I had started my collection grind last week, got about 50 cards away from Rodman and then changed my mind. Sold most back and bought Hakeem instead. I just got no enjoyment out of the collection grind, 2k made it so difficult to try to sort through what you have vs don't have, my brain was getting overloaded with the info I was trying to retain. Also not about to print out some spreadsheets for this game when I'd rather be playing it.

Just wish 2k had made all of the missing items search able like the players.

Yes, the shoes were the hardest ones for me, luckily by the time I went after shoes I was only missing under 10 or so and the snapshots were invaluable in finding the last few.

i feel like i should have more cards i have every shoe, playbook, logo, all current collections 4 historic collections complete with like 5 only missing 3-4 cards and big men and high flyers and im only at 1852

for some reason there is a bunch of 76ers jerseys that i dont have that i cant locate

Are you just sorting search by 76ers? Try not using a team and instead sort by bronze, silver or gold then Atlantic division i believe. If i remember right the 76ers items are glitched and hard to find. Same goes for courts like 05 Suns, i think i had to sort it down to Pacific or southwest divisions.

Quite a few items are like that.

For Jerseys, I just go through them all, team by team, alternating between Home Jerseys and Away Jerseys. You can see everything available at the time, with all other team items filtered out, though you do need to view Home/Away separately. And Home/Away is often glitched so that one is categorized as the other.

Blacktop. But I hate it. Still grinding it out hoping to get some good pulls, mostly techs though.

Might be noted already, but in many of the jersey pages, there is an extra row at the bottom that you have to scroll down to see.

Dang I just played with Amythyst Glen Rice in BT. He has to be the best card I've ever used or he was just on some kind of tear, hits 3's at will, HOF Catch + Shoot ... That collection is soo expensive wish I had gotten those packs while they were out

you still get points for replaying domination too right? I have so many different teams i use i couldnt even try and put down one lineup. i would like to have some more ruby and diamond players. best card i have is francis from domination and the cooper from challenges. i have the moments 86 kevin love and am now on a mission to get that moments klay thompson from last night because he is so essential to my teams.

Wait on Ruby Klay for a while. At least a week, maybe longer. I mean...get him if it's a really big deal for you, but a huge chunk of his value will be evaporating over the course of the next 10-15 days.

so everyone is in agreement that myteamblacktop is the way to go to grind out the collection?? and to just buy cheap jerseys and coaches and playbooks instead of big time players??? im just confused how some people have so much myteam points... im currently saving my vc until i can buy a big box ..

If you really want to get to the upper collection levels, you need to make a lot of MT. The only reasonable options are playing the auction house or spending VC on packs. Earning MT through blacktop is definitely slow than those previous 2 options.

thats exactly it. if u have the time, just a couple hours a day make a world of difference in your team. i've been super busy the past week and wasnt able to play the market at all really until yesterday. made 120k yesterday. trying to play the market now before i get busy again.

Just got Grant Hill. Thought I'd be able to get him right around now. Not really sure how long it's going to take to get up to Bernard King.

I'm on PC and, from what I read, it's way cheaper for you guys on consoles. There are a ton of jerseys and other team items I have never seen on the AH. And, if I do see them, they'll probably be marked up to 10,000MT. I'm thankful to find any new cards that I can buy under 2,000.

Aside from spending a half hour to maybe find one of the remaining Team Items on my checklist, the only opportunities for growth for me are when Moments cards eventually become so common that they drop below 2,000MT. And with new TBT Historic packs. All together, rate of acquisition is low. It might take me almost two months to get the next 100 cards.

And it's pretty clear to me that I'm almost certainly never going to reach Wilt. Maybe I could get Jerry West at the very end of the game.

So I think I just keep plugging away to get Bernard King and then slowly sell everything off.
