League still going strong and taking in new replacements. We vote out inactive gamers on Saturdays. Expecting about 5 teams to open up. Here are to actual post from two gamers clearing up two teams:

This is for XBOX ONE, and there are many different forms of sim.


Some of what is allowed:


(A) Run plays or freelance.
(B) Use of Turbo button anytime on the court.
(C) Split-2nd switching off on defense (on-ball D required) during anticipation...but switching back on immediately to the ball.


Some of what's not allowed:


(A) Mundane offense (depending on 1 or 2 money plays run over & over again).
(B) No excessive paint scoring/3pt chucking...MUST mix up your offense.
(C) No crazy way out of position players (We have a posted chart for that).

Half way into the 5th season....still time to join and be a part of this.... we have 3 new vacant teams available due to in-actives at the bottom of getting games played (get the boot); and just 1 of the aforementioned vacant teams left before we started season 5.


Key thing is to join...get acclimated into the unique way we play...then transform your team to your liking when you enter into a new season...or make trades during the season...but every move is based on getting games played 1st. you can't trade until you reach a certain quota of game; and you can't make the playoffs unless you are in the top 8 in games played in YOUR conference. Hit up Masterk13 to join...must have groupme.

7 vacant teams now available....nice players to be had...including a 86 rated Zion Williamson. Getting teams is strictly through a number system though...you have to post a number from 1 to 100 in the groupme chat...then you take off from there. Going into 3rd season on NBA2K20. GREAT time to join in and have a 100% handle on how your team shapes up for the 3rd season.

2nd season playoffs currently going on; but you can join NOW.... get a team...and practice in the GOING FISHING LEAGUE (a side league for eliminated from playoffs, or out of playoffs).

The whole league is set up as a random way you get your teams; and your game play is based on playing in the same box as everyone else.

Getting your team: You come in thru Groupme WELCOME CHAT. Perform 3-4 question situations then move onto the league. There a owner (not an admin) will call out a number from 1 to 100 to give you the team closest to that number (each team will have a number attached to it).

Playing in the same box: Because this is a video game (and not real basketball); we try to make the experience as real as possible; so we implement a rule were you can't abuse the paint. Your team cannot average more then 35 Points In The Paint in the regular season and playoffs. The league average is around 27 PIP (Points In Paint)....so anyone can adapt to this.

You can't average no more then 32 3pt attempts in regular season & playoffs. The top 5 teams currently average at the 29 mark. Again...easily adaptive.

These are AVERAGES…. meaning no one is going to fault you for going over that in a game; but you have to keep your "average" at certain points. Therein lies the self challenge and discipline to play like others and figure out how to win and keep your team in these zones.

No one can do the same thing in a game more then 3 times in a row. We are looking for versatile gamers...who love to play this game; and challenge others who have the same discipline.

NO BADGES ARE GIVEN: I don't believe in individual BADGE rewards. Your only reward is to do battle with games played. If individual badges were handed out; then you're talking about messing with certain players ratings....opening the door to favoritism. Then what happens to those players when an owner decides to drop for whatever reason? So we are good as we are.

The more you play...the more you reward yourself. TOP 8 games played in each CONFERENCE get into the playoffs. We go with a full 82 game schedule (no playing CPU games) to take advantage of more games against opponents.

PLAYOFFS are reached when the 1st 3 owners reach 40 games played. The 1st 2 to reach 40 bring about a trade deadline.

At the beginning of the season there is NO signing or trading activity until the VERY 1st team gets their 7th played game in. So it's ALWAYS a race no matter what we do....a race to play games.

THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO FAVORTISM IN THIS LEAGUE: This is not a league where the head admin always has to be at the top record wise. We all get our teams the same way you will have to (if there's ever changes). The only time we didn't get random teams is when the initial draft was held in season one.

Join us if you miss playing competitive ball; and want to get away from the cheese and crying. The game cut-offs....the lil' kiddies, or whatever.

I'm a 32 year old family man who's looking for a CASUAL & LAIDBACK (smaller) 2k league to join. Been playing 2K for years but certainly not the most skilled player.

Looking for the following:

I generally prefer to freelance on offense with the occasion play call.

Would like to be able to have the flexibility to be allowed to play off ball defense.

Prefer to be in a league with a small number of users. Love the ability to be able to play some CPU games. Don't mind scheduling games with others but because of work and family a lot of user games can get tricky.

If there's any other like minded people who have a league like this feel free to PM me. If anyone else is interested in a league like this and can't find anything PM me as well. Maybe we could start something.
