Rip, what's wrong with Melo's default base? Why did you choose Burke? It looks great, I was just wondering though. Great job on the edits.

Regarding the Melo base, I didn't personally like the feel of it. Burke's base makes his release a little funky with its weird tilt to the right at the top of the shot (reason why it doesn't look great from certain angles) but thought it felt the most like him.

Still might try to find a release that makes the shot look a little cleaner (his arms get a too far apart on the follow through), but I don't if I'll be able too.

Itrey25, I took a stab at John Wall and testing it right now, but Jeremy Lin is another lost cause. A more athletic JS 18 base w/ some leg kick and Bonner's release would've got me close, but currently there's not a combo worth posting.

Will post John Wall for feedback after testing.

EDIT: Done testing and I'm not really that happy with it (I think his pull ups look pretty good)
but I don't know if it's getting any better so let me know what you guys think...

That combo for Wall (which is actually the combo I use for Thabo Sefolosha) doesn't really work for him in my opinion. Both the form and the base have some characteristics that look like him, but it just seems like the positions are a bit off in both. The foot action in the base makes him hop too much and land in the wrong spot, while release 47 has his release coming too far from the left side of his head.

The problems I have with my current combo is JS 32 needs more twist in the lower body and release 17, while the positioning of the arms is pretty close, needs a lower release point and more of a "slingy" feel to it, if that makes any sense.

For Kevin Love, I actually was using Truehooper's combo that you posted but it seemed to be lacking some athleticism in his base so....
