Re: Player generator for draft classes
So, I ran the generator a few times, and ended up with a center that was a play initiator.
Is this a bug?Comment

Re: Player generator for draft classes
Edit: I was also thinking of linking to this thread over on NLSC unless you want to post it there yourself. I think a lot of people who might not know about this would love to see it.Last edited by joosegoose; 10-09-2016, 02:22 PM.Comment

Re: Player generator for draft classes
i don't go on NLSC but if you want to direct them to this thread by all means go ahead! anything to further improve the gameplay for the community!
and on that note, the console version that generates 1 player at a time now allows you to determine the player position. enter 1 for PG, 2 for SG, 3 for SF, 4 for PF, 5 for C, or 6 for random.
this thread is being moved to the roster section and sticked btwLast edited by turty11; 10-09-2016, 02:45 PM.Comment

Re: Player generator for draft classes
Not sure how possible this is but would it be possible to have the program compute what the OVR is going to be? Does anyone even know the formula?
Also I'm seeing PGs who don't have play initiator, bug or no?Comment

Re: Player generator for draft classes
I think it would be great if all the users of this program would share their draft classes. That way we can get maybe 5 to 10 classes easy. I'll share mine once I'm finished with some of the players.

Re: Player generator for draft classes
Decided to try this out, so I'll leave my opinios below.
Things that are good:
- Good amount of busts
- Potential ratings
- Player heights
- Tendencies
- variety of signatures
Things that could be improved:
- Not really seeing any future "average players"
- Player numbers are weird (I keep seeing PG/SG/SF with numbers between 50-86)
- Player weight is a little too high for most players (seeing PGs at 215+, SG at 230+, SF at 250+)
- Many centers being 6'9
The 2nd and 3rd ones can obviously be easily changed when someone is creating each player, but I thought I'd list them anyway. Thanks for putting this together.Last edited by TheRosterMaster; 10-10-2016, 12:54 AM.NCAAF: Notre Dame

Re: Player generator for draft classes
new update
- multiple player generator should now properly do up to 10
- new formula to determine if player is "undersized" increases average height of generated players
- average weight of players under 6'8 has been reduced
- both versions have been placed in a single download

Re: Player generator for draft classes
That last update was fantastic. I generated like 25 players and didn't see any issues. There were so many unique players it was crazy. My favorite player that was generated was a SF at 6'7 187. You would thing his weight would be an issue, but it isn't. He is a terrible shooter, but he is an athletic freak. He is also great on defense and has 97 quickness.NCAAF: Notre Dame
