Looking forward to the update. How do I find your courts and do I have to user control all the teams to use all the courts?

Yes, you have to control all teams in order to download all courts and jerseys. They are all of them

Sixers (18-64, 27th Offense, 29th Defense)
86/SG Jerry Stackhouse (14.8 PER)
74/PF Clarence Weatherspoon (17.1 PER)
Despite averaging 19 PPG, Stack was inefficient and a non-defender, consequently not very good in his rookie season (leading to Iverson at #1 in the following draft).
Weatherspoon (3000 minutes) was definitely the best all-around player on the team.

Bucks (25-57, 22nd Offense, 27th Defense)
86/PF Vin Baker (18.4 PER)
82/SF Glenn Robinson (16.6 PER)
Both these players averaged 20 PPG but were also averaging 40 MPG to get there. Neither was an impact defensive player.

Bulls (72-10, 1st Offense, 1st Defense)
99/SG Michael Jordan (29.4 PER)
80/SF Toni Kukoc (20.4 PER)
>74/PG Steve Kerr (15.4 PER)
Kukoc is super underrated and the Bulls having such a potent offensive player off their bench was a big reason they won 72. He was a vastly better shooter and passer than everyone listed so far.
Kerr was 5th on CHI in minutes and his shooting line was an absurd 50/52/93. Certainly worth more than 74 OVR or wherever he is at.
Most of the lesser players could use a buff as the team looks low for the GOAT team. They were much more than just Jordan (who at 33 years old was passed his prime - but had his best supporting cast BY FAR in this historic season).

Cavs (47-35, 10th Offense, 11th Defense)
86/PG Terrell Brandon (25.2 PER)
78/SG Bobby Phills (16.8 PER)
75/SG Dan Majerle (15.1 PER)
>72/C Michael Cage (14.1 PER)
I would push higher for everyone here as it's difficult to distinguish the 47 win Cavs from a lesser team like the Sixers/Bucks.

Celtics (33-49, 17th Offense, 22nd Defense)
80/PF Dino Radja (18.0 PER)
76/SG David Wesley (18.5 PER)
Wesley started at PG over Dana Barros. Radja, a European star at 28 years old, was largely on par with young Vin Baker (but played 29 fewer games). Ratings-wise they look like the worst team in the league but they were certainly better than the bottom tier.

Grizzlies (15-67, 29th Offense, 18th Defense)
82/C Bryant Reeves (13.4 PER)
76/PG Greg Anthony (18.6 PER)
Anthony was the best player on the Grizzlies and it wasn't particularly close (79-82 tier).

No longer held back by Mark Price, Brandon had a career year and was the main reason the Cavs were a playoff team. Absolutely should have been All-NBA over someone like Mitch Richmond.

Prime Penny was arguably the best guard in the league after MJ.

Gary Payton was a good two-way player and perhaps the best defensive player the position has ever seen, but he wasn't a transcendent offensive player by any stretch.

Jordan was out of his prime at this stage, and one could make a case for prime David Robinson (the 95 MVP/DPOY) being just as valuable.

Pretty big gap between Jordan and the rest of the crowd (which was part of his greatness), I wouldn't rate any of these guys over Penny who was in his athletic prime. There wasn't a 10-point gap between old Jeff Hornacek and old Clyde Drexler.

Obviously Pippen's defense put him over Ceballos. Pippen was the best SF in the league though the competition was obviously thin. Grant Hill seems underrated with that in mind, while Glen Rice could stand to drop quite a bit.

Doubling back on an earlier point - Toni Kukoc was the 4th best SF in 1996.

Prime Admiral always seems to be criminally underrated in hoops circles. His supporting cast was hot garbage until Duncan hit the scene. Case in point, you have Patrick Ewing 93 OVR (overrated) and Ewing was basically never better than Robinson at any point in the 90s.

Arvydas Sabonis had an overlooked rookie season and was the REAL rookie of the year (not Damon Stoudamire), partly because he was technically a 31-year old veteran. Sabonis averaged 15/8/2 on 55% shooting in only 24 MPG.
