I'm working on one right now for xbox. Mainly I've been using CAPs from this forum and others I've found from created rosters. I am planning to have 13 man rosters for all classic teams, and have also added about 14 players (Reggie Miller, Mel Daniels, Charles Barkley, Connie Hawkins, Chris Bosh, Mookie Blaylock, etc) to the All-Time teams. Some of the inaccurate players models (Kidd, Kobe, Tmac, Gary Payton, Jerry Stackhouse) have also been replaced. Additionally, I'm adding some fan favorites to the free agent pool that people might like to use. I looked over the rosters pretty thoroughly and totaled up about 200 missing players that need added just to classic teams to fill em out to 13. As first pointed out by some of the others on this forum, I am writing over the generic guys found on many of the teams with the CAP DNA to prevent the nicknames from being used. As of now I have about 60 players (out of the 200) left to make and add. Trying to get it done before the playoffs but it's gonna be tight. I will keep you posted and be sure to share it on here as well!

Duncan's roster sounds legit. In the meantime, if you're looking for something to hold you over, I uploaded a roster months ago for my own use that has most of the primary rotation players added to make the teams playable. Guys like Mike Smrek, Michael Williams, and Steve Scheffler aren't there, but guys like Orlando Woolridge, Anthony Mason, and Rasheed Wallace are. I also tweaked some all-time teams into additional retro teams - so the All-Time Spurs, for instance, are now the 1991 Spurs.

I had plans of continuing onward but Red Dead Redemption has received 99.99483947 percent of my playing time since its release.

Anyway, if interested, I think the roster is under username Swove.
