Guys how can i put retired number on nba Player? I made All Star 96 roster and replaced them with current Hawks team. Then i saw MJ have number 3 and i can't change it for 23. Probably this is Troy Hudson's retired number on Hawks. Hope it does't OT.

Create the player and when you're done, select "Copy to Team"

Thanks, but i dont want to create MJ. I want put original MJ to other team, and not lose his 23 number. When i assign him to other team number is changed.

On last years game you could just change the players name to the retired players name, change the number, and then change the name back. So change his name to "Lou Hudson" and then change the number to 23, then change the name back to whatever you want it to be.

I can't remember for certain, but you might have to change the name before putting him on the new team. Maybe someone else here will remember if that is the case or not.
