The one thing that I really like that JB added this year were player comps. While not designed to be 100% accurate, it does provide some life to the class. If you could implement moving forward, or even revert and add for DC1, I think that would be very immersive.

Re: FT Dynasty NBA2k20 Fictional Draft Classes
Preview for draft class 2.
Daniel Moreno, the incredibly quick senior PG from Arizona. He will find himself as a lottery pick after leading Arizona to the championship game. He was the catalyst behind the fast paced Arizona Wildcats offense this past year.
Elijah Summers is the likely #1 pick in this years draft out of Duke. He was the #1 recruit coming out of high school and his offense combined with elite defense has scouts thinking he could turn into a Kawhi Leonard type of player. He is really a do it all SF and
Dieter Krause is a gifted SG from Germany who hits the mid range jumper more than most pros do already. He creates his own shot very well and should turn in to a very solid player at the next level. he tore his ACL at 16 years old, but scouts believe the injury is completely behind him.
Preston Boss out of KU is looks like the 2nd coming of Joel Embiid. He is a stretch center who shoots the ball at a high level. He watching a lot of film on Embiid and has started to develop his Euro step. Boss will certainly hear his name called in the top 10.
Dominik Novak out of the Czech Republic is a stretch 4 who can make plays all over the floor. Scouts love his ability to shoot the ball and drive to the bucket, but are concerned with his lack of competition.

Re: FT Dynasty NBA2k20 Fictional Draft Classes
Looking forward to breaking into this class tonight. Have the #9 pick in my Grizzlies franchise, should be a good opportunity to add a wing player to help my backcourt of Ja/Cooper and front court of JJJ/Dawkins.
Ideally I'd like someone who can play great defense and hit threes, but has more upside than your traditional 3 and D. Markell Staiger is my favorite that I think could be available at #9, although that might be too optimistic. I'd have to give Preston Shaw a hard look if he falls to me, but his usage is a concern. Already have two ball dominant playersComment

Re: FT Dynasty NBA2k20 Fictional Draft Classes
Well call me lucky but Staiger fell to the 9th pick, and I swiped him up. The kid from Vermont ended up falling all the way to the Hawks at 29, which I thought was fun for them. Considered trading up into the second to get him had he fallen further.
Other fun slots - the Thunder had the #2 and #4 picks and got A’Ja and the wing from Virginia. Looks like they have a very solid young core.
My rotation is now:
PG - Ja Morant
SG - Desmond Cooper
SF - Taurien Prince
PF - Jaren Jackson
C - Elton Dawkins
G - Tyus Jones
G/F - Bogdan Bogdonovic
G/F - Markelle Staiger
F - Brandon Clarke
C - Jonas Valencienus
I now want to find a realistic trade for Jonas and his expiring, as I’d like to play smaller with Dawkins and JJJ getting all the minutes at the 5, and Prince/Clarke filling in at the 4 when both aren’t on the courtComment

Not sure what your style of play is, but I'd love to jack up shots with Staiger all day. He looks like a solid scoring option off the bench for you. Who ended up going #1, McKenna?Comment

Guys I had the most fun with in this class (not necessarily the best players) were Grant Hawkins, Dieter Krause, and OJ Stafford.
I hope you guys enjoy this class! Let me know how it plays out.Comment

Draft Class 3 preview with pictures here:

Not the top 5 players in the draft, just something to tie you over until I finish the class.
This is a weaker class, and not many freshmen are expected to declare for the draft. The best player in this class will be freshman C Kayden Diallo of Texas Tech (not pictured). Diallo is a great low post threat who can score down low and the mid range at ease.
It has felt like SG Martin Reid has been at Iowa forever. He has climbed up their career 3 pointer list over the course of his career. He is not the best athlete, and won't be a top pick in this years draft, but he will give you solid shooting off the bench.
Deedric Burns, an incredibly raw freshman SG at UCLA this past year. He has trouble getting a lot going, but he is the best athlete in this draft. He's put plenty of pac-12 defenders on posters this past year.
DJ Warrick, a sophomore PG for St. Marys who seemingly came out of nowhere after an average freshman year. Warrick is an incredible athlete who lead the nation in steals this past year due to his length. He should be one of the first names called on draft night.
Cameron Phillips, a senior forward for Michigan who was the best player on arguably the best team this past year. He has a solid mid range and a good low post game.
Roland Bird, a freshman SF for North Carolina. Not many freshman in this class put up good numbers, but Bird surprised many his freshman year. He is a sharp shooter who lit up opposing defenses from beyond the arc this year.Last edited by Jeffruel; 11-08-2019, 10:58 PM.Comment

Re: FT Dynasty NBA2k20 Fictional Draft Classes
In a 2OT thriller during the Big 12 SEC challenge, Texas Tech knocks off Missouri 94-92.
Likely the #1 pick in this years draft, C Kayden Diallo of Texas Tech was simply amazing. He had 39 points, 14 rebounds, and sent the game in to overtime with a last second baseline shot.
Texas Tech freshman PG Haden Lawal had a lot of trouble getting anything going in this one with Gage Mullin (sr.) guarding him. Haden dished out 9 assists, but Mullin forced him into 6 turnovers.
Gage Mullin, a former 4 star recruit profiles as a 3 and D guard at the next level. He had 31 points in this game, 8 assists, 4 steals, and hit a 3 pointer with 8 seconds remaining in the first OT to send it to double OT.
This was simply a fantastic game, and fans are hoping to see them play again in March.Comment

Re: FT Dynasty NBA2k20 Fictional Draft Classes
Class 3 is available as DC.3 under the ID FTDynasty. Scouting report is being typed up and should be ready by the end of the week.
Guys in this class I had a lot of fun making were Gage Mullin, Kaleb Lofton (the 2nd Lofton brother, Kale's younger brother), Martin Reid, Tad McNally, and Kayden Diallo.
Enjoy the class!Comment
