Re: Most Realistic Gameplay Roster 2K23
So I’ve tried a lot of sliders and rosters. And I enjoy the gameplay yours provides a lot. Slowing the game down adds a weight to the players and things feel more realistic definitely. My concern, is that I’m 0-3 with the Mavericks, and even when I change defensive settings, call timeouts, etc the CPU hits, an outrageous amount of three-pointers. What do you suggest here? I know the Mavericks have a lot of holes and your roster showcases that they really can’t rebound for crap, the CPU is destroying me making threes in situations where I shoot the same three and I brick it. Should I lower 3 point for the CPU or raise user three point success? I don’t wanna get too far away from the work that you’ve done because it is good work.
Also, I noticed that your rotation you’re not playing Dwight Powell or JaVale McGee at all. How come? It’s basically small ball with Maxi at the five.Comment

I think I'm in the same condition as the guy above, the last 3 games have been amazing but at the same time frustrating, the cpu when it wants to hit never misses with any team, all that doesn't take away from the fact that the gameplay is great

Re: Most Realistic Gameplay Roster 2K23
Made an update to "Realistic Sliders" set. To help with the shooting. Also, watch this video and fix these settings. It will help a TON with open threes.

Thank you! One last question, do you mind sharing the rest of your controller setting recommendations? (Defensive assist strength, boxout assist strength, etc.)Comment

Re: Most Realistic Gameplay Roster 2K23
One thing that I feel like makes the gameplay feel more even, or balanced, and not so overpowering by the cpu is I’ve made both offensive consistency sliders equal and play on 46 game speed as previously recommended. I would’ve never thought to slow the game down that much, but it really does help with gameplay.
Along with your original edits, it’s helped me enjoy 2k23 again. I’ve started a fresh season with my Mavs.
Thank you again Tynole14! I will be looking for your work in the years to come. Fantastic stuff!Last edited by TheDon7727; 06-13-2023, 07:11 PM.Comment

Re: Most Realistic Gameplay Roster 2K23
Finally have reached the playoffs in our (with @JCross) MyNBA. Play in elimination game results. Ton of fun. Anthony Edwards was awesome.
