So I'm trying to get a feel for what you guys were getting at on these last two pages. Are those changes in the first quote for All Star or SS. Also are you guys just testing them out or are those changes you tried and liked? I've only got one game in with the sliders so far and it was Bucks vs. Cavs.


The first half was amazing and was only a 4pt game but the second half saw the Cavs just explode and beat me 137-104. They also had 97 points in the paint against me no matter if I ran 2-3, 3-2, 1-3-1, or man. They shot 61% from the field as well.


I'm gonna play three more games tomorrow against the Heat, Pacers, and Thunder (yes with the Bucks lol). I will let you know how those games go. Also I think I'm going to try them on AS instead of SS since I heard SS gives the CPU a boost which I think I finally noticed that last game.

yeah we were just doing some testing last night nothing set in stone but the changes were used with AS instead of SS

Ok so I have absolutely nooooo idea what I am doing wrong. In the three games I have played the Cavs shot 56%, Heat 53%, ad the Wizards just shot 62%. I guard the guy with the ball perfectly fine but the AI on my team always leaves someone open in the paint. So I tried just controlling the PF and Wall would either drive and dish to a wide open Ariza who made 8 3pt shots and was 15-18 from the field or he would just blow by the PG and make a contested layup.

wow man that's a high percentage allowed a lot of points before but never that high to the CPU. have you tried changing your points of emphasis or maybe you're just not good enough on defense for the superstar level. are you trying to play your man really tight the whole time he has the ball? Cause that's a recipe for getting drove by.

Honestly just sounds like you need to move down a level.

Yea I tried messing with the P.O.E. and that didn't work too well. I lay off the defender to prevent the drive and anticipate the P&R but it seems like my teammates leave someone wide open every possession. I'm hoping it's just because I am using the Bucks without Mayo and Butler.


I am using the All Star settings that he posted on here with Cam's roster. I'm happy that I am not blowing people out for once like I was with other sliders but this is just frustrating since I've never struggled this badly.

well had a really good game going against the Knicks. But it seems the game has froze on me after I paused it after halftime to take screenshot.

Game was going really well, both teams were going on runs and had times trading buckets. I on a 21-6 run in the first but they brought it back to 23-15
after one. They went on their run to take the in the second we came back to tie it, then we traded buckets until the end of the half tied at 41.

Was actually seeing a good bit of open misses both jumpers and inside, was quite refreshing actually. Cpu was driving and pulling up so a good balance there. Something really good to see was sure stretches where neither team could get anything going, first time with this game I've seen both teams having trouble at the same time.

All in all played really well although i wasn't able to finish.

Yeah that was the part i like most about the all-star level 9 out of 10 times NBA games have stretches where both teams struggle all-star might be the way to go lol

Yeah In past iterations i liked to play off my defender too, problem with that this year is if you layoff to far your teammates will sense it as a open man and come over leaving their man open. I think this had to something to do with the little fast move side to side thing by holding the 1 triggers.

Well here's the halftime stats this time around, both teams started out hotter trading baskets in the first but the Knicks O had a better 2nd and took the lead to the locker room. Still playing pretty well more later.

Final score in this one is deceiving, a third quarter where the Knicks literally walked through my d for layups and dunks gave them a 18 point lead after three. Spent the whole fourth trying to come back and i think i did a damn good job.

Something I'm sure of is human layups need a notch or two, i was thinking about it when Parker was missing good looks after beating the d but when he put one into the front of the rim on a break it made the decision for me gonna put it at 48 for the next game.

Also think human on ball d or the defensive assist might need a look at as the cpu can pretty easily just go right past you as L2 isn't consistently getting you into defensive position meaning your just standing there and they go past you whether in front of them or not, but gonna leave them for now.

are the changes to the sliders being posted and updated on the first page? i'm a little confused with the addition of the All-Star set. I played a couple games this morning before all the edits and the only thing that stood out was the amount of tipped passes and on ball steals and also the amount of 3 pointers taken, granted I was playing against the suns who take the 2nd or 3rd most threes of all teams. they took about 30-32 (can't remember exactly). The thing that got me was how they were taking them, almost half of the trey's being bucked up were just from a standing dribble with a defender right in their face....mostly Gerald Green. So I don't know if this is the slider or more of a player tendency. The last thing was the speed. It felt pretty fast and a little un natural. The way players just flew around lost some finesse and almost felt sloppy. Hope this helps and can't wait to use the final slider set when Cam's 2.0 roster is out!! Warriors MyGM is in order. Time to dominate with Mr. Curry and Co.
