These sliders feel good but I am putting up anywhere from 115-140 ppg. Any way to tone the scoring down a bit with out adjusting minutes?

Well, after a longer abstinence from the game I decided to have a last try with your sliders, because they looked promising. But the result was pretty much the same as before: I lost my first game with the Magic vs. the Pelicans 124-126 and I lost all hope that was left.

Again: It's not winning or losing that troubles me. It's the fact that I find no way to stop the AI from scoring. 126 points with reduced shooting sliders on Pro difficulty is a bad joke.

If I would try to make adjustments to your sliders, would you think it's better to:

      - decrease the AI shooting sliders or offensive awareness slider further?
      - increase my defensive sliders?

Or, my preferred solution: Is there a way to make my AI teammates defend?
I was right there with you on Pro being too hard for a while. I had started playing on Rookie since that gives me competitive games but I felt like I was still winning too much so I tried these sliders. If you've only tried the one game, don't give up yet. In my first one, I played as Minnesota against Memphis. We were neck-and-neck through three quarters until I fell apart in the 4th. Considering their current records, I felt pretty good about it and it felt pretty natural. Tried them again last night as OKC against Houston. Couldn't do a thing in the 1st half and was down by 20 or so at halftime. About midway through the 3rd, I finally got hot and closed the gap to 4 with about 10 to play in the 4th. Ended up losing by 12 (I think)...but again, it felt natural. I'm hoping to get one more test in just to make sure but I'll probably be sticking with these sliders. Would like to get a W so I know it's possible first

Something else that you might consider is taking another slider set and just changing the difficulty from Pro/Superstar/whatever to Rookie. Leave everything else the same and see what happens. I've done this in football games before and it helped. I might even try this with one of the other 12-minute sim sets just to see how it turns out. I started with these though because I think Pro is where the game is designed to be played. Like A&S said, it plays pretty well out of the box so I don't want to mess with things too much if I can help it. I am pretty intrigued with the SimWorld ones though...

Are some folks still using this set but on All Star?

Also, am I nuts for going the MyGM route?

Why nuts? So far so good for me. Having a blast, I have 44 wins with the Hawks mid March, to bad Bulls have 55 wins. I made roster moves, with biggest move bringing in affalo at trade deadline, perfect timing as korver went out hurt 4-6 weeks. I play every other game, and sim rest. Except playoffs where Ill play all. Love the GM challenges and tasks that go along with playing games.

I play 11 min qrts, great scoring averages.

Everyone plays differently. So dropping to 11 or 10 minute quarters will work to get the sweet spot for your scoring averages. If you go to 11 minutes click up on fatigue by one, 10 minutes by 2. So you can keep the fatigue rates real.

In the meantime....LOL I am starting yet again as after the trade of Goran Dragic to my beloved Heat...I must have him. So here we go again. giving up a 30-17 first half of my current MyLeague to start all again.

Armor, I'm considering getting this game--I've been a long-time user of your Madden and MLBTS sliders.

I'm curious to know how you rate this game overall, esp. where you think it stands relative to MLBTS as a single-player, offline, simulation game. I didn't want to create a thread in the main forum and get random feedback, but I'd love to get your take, however brief, here...

8 mins 4 clicks I assume? Not having accurate minutes per game in each player's stat sheet will drive me nuts but I think its just something I have to get over

                    What's up Trojan Man,

I rank this title as one of the very best single player sports games ever to grace a console.

                    1. The depth and layers of depth to the in-game strategy is staggering on 2K15. If your not making adjustments your not winning. Knowing your personel, the match-ups, having a game plan it's all so very important to winning. Being able to run plays and use the free flow offense, knowing when to go half court, when to run, when to be aggressive on defense when not to be. So much depth.

                    2. The amount of depth this game affords you on and off the court rivals MLB The Show and in some aspects exceeds it.

                    3. Gameplay is absolutely amazing. The animations, the lifelike player models, the signature releases, styles...it's all there.

                    4. If you loved 2K11 like I did (I played it all the way till this games release) then 2K15 is a no brainer. It exceeds 2K11 in many many ways.

9.5/10 for the offline MyLeague sim freaks!

Can't you just do a trade for Dragic in your MyLeague without starting over?

Out of curiousity, do most people just start a new league when there are trades happening or do they choose to do them themselves and continue with their league?
