    Ok...so let's talk abut that 78 PIP!! Leads me to believe there was A LOT of forcing the issue. Hence all the turnovers. Do u play on or off ball D? Our sliders punish you severly for forcing the action instead if moving the ball.

    Plus the fact that its not our edited roster willlead to many inconsistancies.

      Dreece- What was your thought process for moving "lateral quickness" to 100 for both User vs CPU?

      It seems most slider sets have moved this down to offset the OP computer defense? You have also moved On-Ball defense to 70. I understand the importance of plays and ball movement, but it is near impossible to beat anyone off the dribble.

      Do you have recommendations for those of us that would like to loosen up the on-ball defense on dribble drives?

        They work in tandem & are necessary to fix the pick and roll issues. You can lower each of them if you like but you will likely hate the result of pick and roll defense. I have not had issue getting by the defense & I am not even close to the best when it comes to mastering dribble controls. Not to sound like a prick but in my experience playing in a manner close to real life in regard to taking what the defense gives you & making moves when they are off balance (getting the cpu going left or reaching & then going right) yields the best results. I personally am much more susceptible to making the cpu defense great & having to make BASKETBALL plays as oppose to video game plays to beat the cpu. Dumbing down the defense or CPU is just not an option for me personally & that is how the sliders are tailored.

        Please excuse my phrasology as it is the best way I can explain lol. In a nutshell, sliders are always tough as they have to be a PERFECT balance & every change effects a totally different slider meaning if you change one thing, you will likely have to change another thing. So tweak until you are comfortable.

          I understand the logic and agree that the P&R is the biggest issue on defense. With that said, the defense is very sticky and it is extremely difficult to beat people off the dribble, even with superstars like Curry, Westbrook, Rose, etx.

          Hopefully the big gameplay patch will fix the P&R from a coding aspect and it will allow you to dial back the on-ball defense a bit, while still maintaining great pick and roll D.

          Other than that, these sliders play great, and you guys do an amazing job getting players and teams to play very true to life. Also, it is very apparent when you fix rotations/substitutions. The default rotations in this game are not very good at all, but whatever adjustments that you make, significantly improves realism.

          2K should hire you guys so the game plays like this out of the box.

            Thanks my man. We doing our best to come up with a nice balance for gameplay but the editing learning curve was a little steeper this year. Especially with the removal of the moving shot tendencies and pull up jumper.

            There will be a patch....how soon is anybodys guess

              I dont play much of user vs cpu but when it comes to cpu vs cpu your sliders do stand out and i can see that you've put huge effort to capture all aspects of the game as it should always lurks in the corner of the offence to make defence more challenging.

              However i think there is one perenial issue that many of slider makers are unable to solve from 2k15 ; either too much alley oop failure or too little alley oop occurring. Both problem arises from repeated alley oop failures. While alley oop is tricky pass to be successfully delivered even in real nba, the in game alley oop success rate was low as 1/2 even between best distritubters and best dunkers. Many of the failed attempts featured pg lobbing the ball in the air while the finisher tries to
              make his way to the basket and failing to get past the defender in time.

                  The "pseudo-patch" changed a few things guys... sliders for regular games & playoff games have been updated... same filename... same gamertag

                    Hey guys, great slider set!

                    I've noticed that with the current ball handling it is really easy to lose the ball during PNRs, usually to the top of the key. It occurs only, when defense decides to crowd your ballhandler (with this slider set it isn't always as with default ones).
                    Ball is lost usually when I press the pass button, as soon as the player rises his hands to pass, when my roll man is open and running to the basket.
                    Is it a real issue, or am I just having some bad streak with my ballhandlers :<

                        Not doable on current gen (this was for last gen) but I wanted to keep it in case we have ever havve the capability again.

                          Had to update all sliders one more time guys... noticed that a few things weren't translated from my private document. all is correct in 2kshare file as well as the google doc & there will not be any changes unless there is a patch that changes some things.

You had talked about having this at 100 based on the impact to Pick and Roll defense in particular. Can you talk about your current thinking here?

                              I am a PS4 user so I am using the 2K roster. I know for the optimal experience you recommend your roster plus sliders. The game still played great though! Now, I just can't wait for those My League sliders! [emoji4]

                                So some sliders and ratings of the same name have different meanings. Lateral quickness has been adjusted in our roster therefore the lateral quickness of the sliders which dictates defensive sliding but also offensive lateral quickness (sliding) has been adjusted down for more organic drives to the basket & spacing. Every action has a reaction, there is a very fine balance & much of it is trial & error.
