Unrelated but I have one question : does sliders affect simulation stats?

Re: Jordan's Own Realistic 2k17 sliders
Just curious but how come it seems like all the slider sets use game speeds around 47-50? It seems sooooo slow to me using those speeds, I usually play at about 60. Does the game speed impact the animations and abilities of your players?

43 game speed also prevents sliding and jerky jerky movement .
If you feel that this Game Speed make your players too slow while driving/running, just increase the Acceleration and/or Speed Slider.
43 Game Speed works well with an acceleration of 60 and speed of 55. Those are actually the only 2 sliders I change from Ace Sliders. Cheers.!Comment

Game Speed It's about the Shooting. Shooting means how long it takes the ball to reach the net after release. If you compare Nba2k17 side by side to a real game 43 game speed gives that similarity.

Re: Jordan's Own Realistic 2k17 sliders
I tried game speed at 43 and I just couldn't get the feeling for it.. I was shooting 38 percent and it just felt a little slow even with the speed and Acceleration up.. I think I'll stick with 47

Re: Jordan's Own Realistic 2k17 sliders
Good sliders ace. Blocks probably need to be 48/58. I'm always smashing the CPU in blocks. CPU will hardly get more then 3 blocks a match. It does depend on opposition, but still feel they need to be tweaked.
Sometimes, offensive rebounds can be a tad high. I'm not sure about real life stats, but I had 18 and the CPU had 17. Is this normal?
Apart from this, game plays as good as it can. Fast breaks need to be tweaked but that's up to the developers. Doubt sliders can fix this. I have a center who catches up to my point guard when I'm running the fast break. Doesn't feel right.
I decided to play on 11 minute quarters. It gives better stats I feel. If only there was a way to play 12 minute quarters and get proper stats more consistently.
I think rosters have a role here. When using simworld roster, it plays differently compared to 2k roster, stats wise.Comment

I like the idea of the blocks for user and cpu and I'm still working on the rebound sliders

Re: Jordan's Own Realistic 2k17 sliders
Ace, here's a test using 2.8 sliders.
The game was tough! Won with a steal on the last second. I think every stats were kind of balanced.
The second one was using your 3.0 sliders with the suggestion on the last page. The game played good. There were still some weird things like losing rebounds with the ball hitting my head.
To be honest, to me, there isn't much difference from both. As you can see the stats are almost even.
I saw that 2k updates the roster too, maybe that has something to do with how the game played

Has anyone else noticed the brick wall being back? Played really good last week but this morning has not been fun at all. This game is too inconsistent.Comment

Re: Jordan's Own Realistic 2k17 sliders
New slider update is online.. Im still tweaking the rebound sliders.. Its very hard because of cpu awareness being at 44..it use to be at 33 but I was blowing the cpu out most times so I upped it to 44 and now working on a new rebounds set
