You have outdone yourself yet again! The only weird thing I see is the CPU or one of my players will fall asleep getting back on defense which leads to a breakaway BUT that happens in real life from time to time. Stats look great and most importantly the game is fun and there is variety! Thanks again for putting in the work!

Thanks man. The issue with defenders falling asleep is hopefully going to be rectified in the next patch. But yeah, it does happen in real life. Im happy with this set, but when I play over 10 matches on full 12 minutes, I do see things I like to improve.

Really loving the sliders, one thing I notice the CPU NEVER falls for a pumpfake it seems. Not that big of a deal but it would be nice to pumpfake sometimes and them closing out and jumping. Love'em tho

Thats an issue sliders cant do much about. I do see the CPU falling for the odd fakepump but I agree, it doesnt happen often enough.

- What kind of camera do you use ?
- What is your thinking behiind the Hustle at 1 ?

Thank you. I use the generic broadcast camera. With hustle, I find that since my game speed is higher, the idea was to lower hustle to try and balance out the offensive rebounds and also defensive rebounds and also the speed of the CPU's offence. I have tested on higher levels, and the difference is marginal. The standard 2K roster is still very very poor IMO, so I think I will be making my own roster, but first I want to get these sliders playing as good as possible. Remember that each roster usually has its own specific sliders, depending on how heavy it has been tweaked.

I see, thanks for the explainations.

After some games, I lowered the gamespeed to 55. Mainly because with 60 (or 59) you almost lose 1sec on the 24s, and i'm a slow guy
Acceleration was lowered a bit also, just a personnal feeling for my slow brain.

I feel them hard but fair. I'm not used to the HOF gameplay but I really do enjoy the games.

Glad you are enjoying them. I will be trying to see if there is anything else I can improve. But will not make changes simply for changes sake

I'm not able to defend properly, This is on me, NOT A SLIDER'S ISSUE.

But in order to fix the issue, I just lower 3pts CPU Success, I get killed so easily

To give me enough time to adapt HOF's gameplay !


This 2K17 on defense has been so horrible... the thing that I do, that might help you if you got defense or get blown out often... put defense on auto, but change manually defensive settings like "pressure" (smother, gap) etc... that's helping a lot, game doesn't seem to recognize good shooters and leave them wide open.

If you got too many pick & rolls just use your center on D at all time, to stop the bleeding.

Anyone having loading problems? Mine keeps freezing at screen with team logos.. Once I go into manage game and delete my saved data. The game loads

This is a known issue for the XB1. Next patch should hopefully fix this issue

As per sliders, I am happy where it stands currently. Will play a few more matches before I decide if I will tweak or not. By releasing updates 2-3 times a day at times, I lose my feel for the set. I am confident in my set producing amazing gameplay and good stats. Game speed has contributed to this.

Im having same issue with the defense!
Becomes impossible to defend for me ! Probably my fault Maybe I'm not good but impossible to defend. I'm always beaten by the CPU on D especially the 3 point shooters they always find a way to be wide open !
Always beaten on 1vs1 with pointgard no matter the team I'm playing against!

Wait just a little bit more and eventually the game will start. It happened to me 2 or 3 times already. It's not freezed, it just takes a lot more than usual

Try to defend off the ball using your PF/C. It makes a huge difference. Also, turn ACE on, but have auto defence off. See if that helps.
