I see games where it's crazy and games where it's one quarter

I watch the NBA religiously. You see crazy games and stats. My league doesn't have half the crazy others see and it's running the way I want

UPDATE 9/15/17 - Knowing your true level is 95% of getting the settings you want.



Truer words have never been spoken about sliders. When i was younger i often tortured myself by using slider sets that exceeded my skill level. I look forward to enjoying these as i always do.

Am I going to have to turn off this Adaptive Coaching Engine to get the CPU to stop changing my matchups? I like the idea of ACE in theory but it does not seem to understand there is a reason I keep switching Ben Simmons onto John Wall and that I would like for it to stick, haha.

Well, I play with ACE off and I still see some weird machups - In think it may be some kind of glitch

Auto sub glitch after timeout. Been documented for the last few years. If you call a timeout you have to go switch your match ups.

I play with ACE on and manual subs, manual timeouts, manual late game fouls.

Auto play calling though.

But if I want to call I play easy to do before I cross half court with the D-pad

I keep getting same problem as last yrs game till they patched it when I put in subs and I have matchups set to auto it always puts guys on players instead

Simple yet annoying fix. After TO you have to put people on who you want guarding the guys in game and set other to auto or it's a cluster (Matchups after TO or maybe D-Pad, but I have always used options screen)

I have a 2k notebook due to this, but it's been a issue for so long I know it's coming

You said this last year with auto playcalling. I may go back to that and call plays after made basket or TO)

I would call defense, but I forgot your rules on that. My 4th quarter with LBJ vs Lillard was NBATV worthy stuff

No I have not. I tried superstar......but was getting buried every game and it was not fun.

Pro is my level and these are desinged for "Pro" level 2K players who want a better CPU opponent at the "Pro" level.


I may revisit Superstar again later in this cycle....all depends how my first season goes with The Heat once rosters/draft classes are finished.

I think the game is playing great with these sliders. I'm just curious as to how much CPU ACE adjustments we are missing out on at the Pro difficulty level.

Regardless, I'd prefer limited ACE, and no CPU cheese.

How far are these sliders from final?

hey Armor,
tested the 1.3 sliders.
Game feels great!

Two games so far.
Won easily against an Expentation team. Lost my second against the Magic. Vucevic an absolute beast.

I play 10 minutes and simulating the stats to 12 minutes.
Great real stats. Perfect.
