I'm looking forward to seeing the red set (Xbox). I love the game play with the original set. It's just about perfect when i play my hornets franchise but a little easy when I'm in my timberwolves season.

How did you guys come up with the attribute changes? Teams are running more offense and not jacking 3's. The flow is great. I take it you're staying with Red for a while?

Red is my slider set now.

I just got into a groove from testing so many games....Attribute sliders go hand in hand with player ratings in terms of buffing them or subduing them +/- from default 50.

Yeah it has a great flow to the game and I have played so much with the other set that I notice the difference. Learning the game especially on defense where you have to control a lot on your own because CPU can be braindead at times, but this game owns my life. Try getting in 1-2 games a day even with my busy schedule.

Armor, with all of the respect, I think you are a bit not updated.
2k has removed the difficulties cheese since 2k17 (maybe 2k16, I don't remember clearly)
It means that even if you play superstar or HoF, players attributes won't change.
The only difference is the different sliders difficulties and level of ACE engine applied to the match.
With this said, I think you can play comfortably with HoF with your settings and try how things work out.

Why can't people accept Pro fits a lot of people.

SS and HOF might work for some people, but Red is legit and those who aren't happy should move on anyhow

And if they removed cheese I missed it because I stopped playing 2k17 5 weeks in due to all the bugs and cheese and that is the first time in years I did that

I'm interested in your findings, but I'm sick of people bashing pro just because it's pro. The main board coming to slider sets is annoying, but if Red gets easy and you find something here of course I will test

Hey mate.
I didn't bash anything or anybody regarding pro, all star or whatever.
I read the Armor's first post and he mentioned pro because he wanted to avoid the difficulties cheese which gives attributes boost and weird godlike behaviour to the cpu.
This thing was finally removed by the developers in 2k17.
Now the difference between rookie and HoF is the level of ACE applied to the match (it isn't like before, boosts or stuff) and the sliders difficulty.
As you can see if you check carefully, as rookie the user has a lot of advantages and cpu disadvantages in term of slider points for each individual voice in the menu.
As HoF, the opposite. The game becomes tougher.
It means that if you translate the gold or red sliders on HoF, it should be the same except for ACE more dominant for schemes and defences and stuff.
Thats it. Nothing else is applied.
So I thank Armor for listening to me and not taking it as a blame or something.
Let's try. I'm also using it.
