What draft classes did you use and how did those players progress??

I used Celtic’s adjusted draft classes for 20 and 21, and then his adjusted classes that were originally made by JB. Edwards, Ball and Wiseman were 85, 84 and 81, respectively, which was relatively consistent with the other simulations I did, which was numerous.

The drop offs were with guys regressing immediately, like Steph being a 76 in some of the other sims and being around and 82 in the last one I did. So it was mostly players just falling off cliffs and no one progressing enough to fill their shoes.

Edit: one thing I might adjust is CPU and User consistency. I’d recommend dropping user consistency and bumping up CPU. I’ve found that in a lot of games using that roster the CPU will be super competitive except for one quarter where you beat them by 15 and it decides the game.

I think consistency would solve that issue, but you could also try bumping up the CPU offensive attributes by 2-3 at a time until it evens out, along with increased consistency

Update to this, and I can upload the entire set tomorrow and will update this post, but I made a combo of Schnaidt’s sliders and Celtic’s and got a mix I really like. I used Schnaidt’s as a base and bumped up the CPU scoring to match what Celtic had, kept User the same. Games are very good, high scoring and consistent.

I’m 3-2 using the sliders, but I feel comfortable playing, something I didn’t always feel with Celtic’s despite getting similar results. Schnaidt’s allows for guys to blow by dudes who are lesser defenders, whether it’s a guy like Steph vs most anyone, or a decent wing against a big. I felt that with Celtic’s sliders a wing-big mismatch I still couldn’t get past them. Good defenders are still good, so I’m not taking Klay and blowing by a decent wing defender. But a good perimeter wing slasher still feels usable on a drive to the hoop.

I always use these sliders and I love them but there is one kinda annoying thing that happens. During simulation players get a minor injury that puts them out for maybe 5-6 games but at the end of the year they’re overall goes down 3-4 points. I cannot seem to find a way to reduce the effect of injuries on progression (or in this case regression) and I was wondering if anyone had found anything?

I think they’re All Star because they are Celtic’s base, which is part of the reason I wasn’t a huge fan. I don’t pretend to be a dribble god, so if I can take a guy who’s decent, do one move to get past someone, I prefer that and Celtic’s I didn’t feel that.

The new ones are on Pro, should be loaded around 10 am EST.

Turns out I had a few minutes and could upload. File name is schnaidt/celtic, username is daddymarsh22.

Here is what was adjusted, user in parenthesis. Everything else is the same as Schnaidt's:
                Inside: 50
                Close: 49
                Mid: 58
                3-pt: 63
                Layup: 60 (46)
                Pass Accuracy: 30 (40)
                Alley-oop: (75)
                Contact Shot: 50 (36)
                Ball Security: 60
                Body Up Sensitivity: 100
                Pass Speed: 55

                Acceleration: 40 (30)
                Strength: 75
                Stamina: 50 (50)
                On-Ball Defense: 80 (80)
                Defense Awareness: 100
                Offensive Consistency: 90 (25)
                Defensive consistency: 100
                Lateral quickness: 100 (90)

                Take mid: 50
                Take 3: 100 (100)
                Look for post: 50
                Attempt dunk: 90
                Contest shot: 100 (100)
                Backdoor cut: (75)

All fouls adjusted to 100, except CPU shooting foul is 80

Again, this is downloading Schnaidt's sliders and just adjusting some numbers to what Celtic has, like fouls, CPU shooting and on-ball defense. Other figures were kind of middle ground between the two where I felt the CPU wasn't getting it done, like consistency.

I don't have the screenshots, but I've played five games with these with the following results. I play on 6 minute quarters with adjusted stats to 12 minutes, so that will explain blowouts not really being a blowout. Could also explain why Schnaidt's base sliders weren't perfect for me:

L to Denver 140-126 (so really just lost by 7)
                DEN: 50/80 FG (62%); 10/18 3P (56%); 30/38 FT (79%
                GSW: 40/80 (50%); 18/34 (53%); 28/36 FT (78%)

W vs OKC 134-110 (so really won by 12)
                OKC: 42/100 (42%); 16/40 (40%); 10/16 FT (62%)
                GSW: 44/72 (61%); 12/20 (60%); 34/40 FT (85%)

                W vs NOP 126-112 (won by 7)
                NOP: 46/100 (46%); 8/24 (33%); 12/20 FT (60%)
                GSW: 48/55 (55%); 8/26 (31%); 22/26 FT (85%

                L vs NOP 118-114 (lost by 2)
                NOP: 42/90 (47%); 13/34 (41%); 20/30 FT (67%)*
                GSW: 44/102 (43%); 18/40 (45%); 8/8 FT (100%)
*Zion was fouled a lot late in the game and went something like 1-for-6 (2/12 adjusted), so that brought the percentage down late

                W vs NOP 116-90 (won 13)
                NOP: 36/88 (41%; 10/32 (31%); 8/16 FT (50%)
                GSW: 44/88 (50%); 12/36 (33%); 16/18 FT (89%)

That's a issue built into the 2k progression system which is completely broken. Only counter is to disable injuries [emoji2959]

Gonna give these a go. Using them with Celtic's roster and defensive settings.

What defensive settings are you referring to? The defensive sliders?

The coach specific defensive gameplan settings in Celtic's google drive. Like "off/on-ball pressure," "force direction," etc.

                                I played Milwaukee(me)-Atlanta at Fiserv.

-I used Celtic's UATD Day One roster
-Your sliders (downloaded from 2K Share, RP%)
-Under coach gameplan: coach assignments, i changed both coach's defensive philosophy settings to Celtic's general recommendations and also used HypeDC's recommendations for certain players (so im not playing a gap off-ball defense on Trae, for example)
-Next I set both coach's "help defense" slider to 100, per Celtic's suggestion.
-Lastly, I set my own defensive aggression in-game (defensive points of emphasis) to "play physical" to help give the CPU a bit more free throws.

Looking back now I didnt end up saving it so I dont have the box score, but the game was very close until the 4th where I went on a run and ended up winning by ~16. I shot 50%/34%/78% with ~88 FGA, ~26 3PTA, ~32 FTA. Atlanta shot 42%/36%/80% with ~92 FGA, ~35 3PTA, ~8 FTA. So I very different game as far as free throws, but they ended up taking a lot more outside shots.

I'll play another, Milwaukee-Cleveland, and post the box score along with it, but the game plays really well.
