Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders
Legit question! I actually will look at the shot chart and stats when I get home. I know nothing about 2k sliders in all honesty so I need all knowledge from other people that I can get

Re: Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders
This is the set I'm rolling with. These sliders combined with my personal edited rosters make for the perfect experience. Shot percentages were a main thing for me. Before this I would average around close 60%. Now I usually hover around mid 40's which is more realistic. With the tendencies, the cpu goes for more jump shots instead of constantly trying to get to the rim every possession. The speed rating makes it more realistic when on the fast break. You can tell the difference in speed between players.
Only things I didn't agree with was the on ball being on 1. Just way to easy to get past the defender and vice versa. I increased on ball defense and lateral quickness to 75 or 80. It gives the user and cpu more grounds to recover. I could still get past the defenders but it would be more of challenge. Overall, these sliders are great. I run these in My League with no issues.Comment

EDIT: The ability to defend at the rim is heavily weighed on the defensive rotations being realistic and that has always been a problem for 2k, it's a little bit better this year though.

Re: Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders
The way the league is now it actually is easy to get to the basket because they have taken out the physicality and head checking from the defense. Thing is, it's easy to get to the basket but players are not making 90% of their shots in the paint. I think the most logical "fix" would be to allow the drives to the basket at a decent clip but the defense in the paint has to have the ability to defend the shots at the rim. I'm just thinking out loud through text about how the league is played these days lol...it probably has no real bearing on your post or this slider set🤣🤣🤣...enjoy!

Naw that makes perfect sense now that I think about it. Players aren't naturally going to stick you at the same rate as others. Since shot percentages are low, getting past the defender doesn't really guarantee easy baskets. Soon as you get past you have to worry about the help and make that decision.Comment

Great slider set again this year. Definitely struggling with contact layups and inside shots. Seems really tough since the last patch.Comment

Re: Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders
This is the first year for me when I actually try to mess with sliders, since the foundation of the game is so great. I'm looking for the most sim oriented set of sliders and judging from what I've read this set will be perfect for that.
Just wanted to add one thing, namely offensive and defensive rebounding for both the user and CPU. Haven't noticed any suggestions for that in the intitial post. With default settings on some players would routinely get around 20 rebounds in 12 minute quarters (that happens in the NBA but on occasion, not in every single game). Turning down user and cpu offensive and defensive rebounding to 15 (or 20) helps to mitigate that (shoutout to AlabamaRob (I think) who pointed that out, sorry if I butchered your name lol). Rebounds are usually more evenly distributed and bigs who rebound well still do so, just on a more realistic level.
I've tested those for several games now playing with Philly and Embiid has some lover rebounding games here in there, just like in real life, while also having big games of 15, 18 rebounds.Comment

Re: Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders
Yes I mentioned this a while ago the rebounding was addressed. I think vertical was lowered a little bit also and I haven't seen an issue with rebounding sense those changes. Well let me rephrase that, I know we tested it but Schnaidt will have to verify if the changes were ever made.
