I love the offensive stats on these sliders. Everything is almost perfect. I have a question for either the OP or anyone else that plays.
What slider set did you start with for these? I’m on PS4 and there is one download option (not from KingSimKits) so i downloaded it but I don’t know the base. My offensive stats seem excellent but I’m absolutely torching teams so I wondered if there was a base difficulty you guys were seeing the most success with? I input on HOF last night but the offenses seem stagnant there."The designated hitter rule is like letting someone else take Wilt Chamberlain's free throws."

My bad homie, its hard to explain. The difficulty isn't really necessary. Whatever the slider settings are is what the game plays to. Whether you start on rookie or hall of fame, it shouldn't matter. Now I have heard something about doing the on a higher setting, but I would say start at whatever setting you usually play on.Comment

Same here, no expert either. I was saying that when inputting the sliders on a higher setting like superstar or hall of fame, the AI makes sharper decisions naturally, versus inputting them on rookie or pro. Almost like its hard coded into the game. But, I will say from doing sliders that the values do hold more weight than any of the default slider settings 2K provides. Again, I saw someone explaining the hard coded topic, but its something I can't truly define myselfLast edited by jkits; 02-04-2024, 11:38 AM.Comment

Re: KingSimKits: NBA 2K24 | 12min Qtr | Tru Sim Sliders, Gameplay & Stats
Hey guys,
thx for the sliders, I totally love the effort, as I am also a huge fan of 12min/qtr Simulation Gameplay.
This year, I am very dissapointed, since after an update (I guess somewhere end of 10/2023), the Gameplay and sliders are totally broken.
Even with a 3Pt abbility of 2 and various of defensive slider adjustments, the CPU is averaging about 60%FG and 3Pt% (based on shot feedback, Not on Real FG% setting). Literally every nearly open shot is a perfect release and bucket.
How do you achieve Realistin 3Pt% with your 3Pt Settings around 50?
Add to that, since another update, defensive the Pick & Roll via Switch Defense (as Most of NBA Teams do) seems to be close to impossible. Also shots and scoring in the paint increased in my Games from a realistic 45-60 PPG to somewhere above 70-80.
Even with a high Influence of Defense on shots, most shots close to a defender stay unaffected and Even Show a „free throw“ on the shot feedback.
So unfortunately the works on the sliders seem to be useless this year.Comment

Re: KingSimKits: NBA 2K24 | 12min Qtr | Tru Sim Sliders, Gameplay & Stats
I downloaded 2k24 last night with the free to play days. It might end up getting bought for $20, we shall see.
Just wanted to stop in and say thanks for the multiple slider sets. I'm more of a causal guy when it comes to the NBA but want a sim experience as well.
I played a few game with the casual set and also finishing a game now on the veteran set. Nice flow to both! Appreciate having options in here for people.
