1. In order to get rid of the overall movement sluggishness i use the 59 game speed with movement both user/cpu : 65/35/65/35. I really suggest you to try this combo is used from ShadyMike and Popboy as well. (58-60 w/e fits you tbh.. its a personal taste after all).

I tried this but for me is too much faster.

I agree it doesn’t seem to increase anything but game speed not on court pace. If that makes sense

Oh well, i gave another chance to 52 game speed with 80/40/80/40 movement and i think i get the hang of it as well and i tend to agree that the overall speed/movement feels more realistic this way
However:

Don't you find that the player animations are a bit SLOW tho ? I mean.. check the passing animations.. Is its just me or you guys feel that sluggishness that as well ? Dunno, if there is a slider that can make the animations a bit faster.

Bumped Contest Shots to 40, i was having too many of contested shots (red TIGHT defense) going in.
Blocking @ 60 helped a lot with having more blocks, we need like 4-6 average for each team every game (i was having like 1-3 average for each team in my 40 games season so far).

What do you think of reaching fouls @ 70? Am i the only one for having pretty easy getting called for those?

And last question : How you guys make the game easier or harder (just like Allstar/Superstar/HOF) ? What sliders do you tweak ? With tweaking sliders like CPUs Consistency / go for on ball steals / hustle or ??? Is there a way without like bumping or nerfing CPU's shooting sliders ?
I mean do you know which sliders will affect how "smart" cpu is going to play or how "aggresive" will be in both offense and defense, thus making the game more difficult or easier for user.

To make my players less tired should stamina and fatigue rate be increased or decreased?

The thing is the bloсk stat in real nba is trash. Beсause they add a bloсk everytime a defender defleсts the ball from an attaсking player. So they get a bloсk instead of a steal if the ball was stolen or defleсtion if the ball went out of bounds.

I intensified the difficulty by increasing some CPU values and decreasing some to the user. I also set the boxout aid to 0. It is the help on the "tagliafuori" under the basket. Set to 0 you must take the position in complete autonomy, without AI help
