    stopping the fast break?

anyone else finding it next to impossible to stop teams running the break?? i'm only playing on pro, but damn. it seems like 95% of my missed shots end up becoming a 3 on 1 no matter what, it doesnt even have to be a long rebound to end up in a fast break with me getting dunked on.i've been stopping teams somewhat in the half court, its just the constant running thats giving me trouble. how are yall doing it?

I dropped my fast break and crash boards down to zero, because I wasn't sure which one was the problem. Its been pretty good since then.

I think it has something to do with shot selection. When I put up a bad shot the computer is off and running. But when I take good shots my guys get back on defense. What strange to me is I never get fast breaks like the computer.
You can't change what you don't acknowledge.

turning crash boards all the way down helped a ton. common sense i know lol, i hadn't realized i had it up so high though. its much easier to stop teams in the halfcourt sets then it is when theyre running
