Having this kind of loyal following plays a big part in the players you can sign too. Big, successful clubs will always attract the very best players but smaller clubs can often draw big signings too if they play a graceful passing game or have passionate fans who will literally follow the club to every game. It's incredibly in-depth and will be a welcome inclusion to anyone looking for more than quick thrills from a football game.

Borrow this feature from PES 2008
From the IGN Preview:
Crowd noise has been improved too, with individual shouts and songs audibly apparent over the general din of the game. Nowhere is this more evident than in the Master League - which, we might add, is fully-featured this time round. If your club is performing well then the crowd will make more noise, supporting everything your boys do out on the pitch. However, it's more sophisticated than that because you can manually set fan ratings for individual players as well as teams, so even if they're not playing that well - say, you're trailing two-nil to your bitterest rival - the crowd will still get behind the individuals they love.

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
On a related note with player signings, I'd like to see something that relates to real life where younger players want to be superstars and get paid, whereas older players want to win. If I am the 8th seed in the playoffs, I shouldn't attract a 35 year old free agent player like a 1 seed would. It'd be incredibly hard to implement, but I'd love it.Comment

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
also with the crowd dynamics they need to make sure they know who the audience is and who they are cheering for. if i'm the Lakers playing the Clippers and the Clippers are "home" then the crowd should still cheer for the Lakers. same thing goes for All-Star games. when the West is "home" the East gets booed, but in reality they both should be cheered. and going back to cheering the superstars that means certain superstars should get louder cheers. the All-Star Game is in New Orleans this year so Chris Paul should be cheered the loudest of the all-stars. and some audiences cheer differently to teams and players. before Sac Town hated the Lakers and would cheer loudly against them (not now since the Kings suck). Phoenix will boo Kobe while New York will chant MVP for him. Denver would also boo for Kobe as well while getting MVP chants from Boston (happened last season but probably won't happen again this season.) also during playoffs fans need to be loud especially fans like Utah or Golden State in which last year and years before the sound decibel meter was brought out to measure the loudness. a great crowd feature adds more to realism and a great basketball atmosphere. You can get a free xbox 360 elite! Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
On that note, I think they should let us set players' call-name. It's in PES/WE series too, where you can put 3 different names for a player: his display name, name on his jersey (Some players have different name or nickname on their jerseys) and call name (what the announcer will call you during gameplay)
So say you just finished a draft and some players' names aren't in the data base, let's say Durant for example, you can still give him something similiar... like say Davis.....
So the announcer will never say things like "Number forty, shot the ball! Oh! blocked by number fifty!"Comment

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
Just another reason why I'm amped for the first true next-gen version of WE this year.
...And for sure 2K should add this.I won't ask for Christmas or birthday gifts if you subscribe to the Operation Sports Newsletter (Not Just Another Roster Update). I write it, and it hits your inbox every Friday morning (for freeeeeee). We also have an official OS Discord you can now join.Comment

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
I'm a huge PES fan, and 2k should add PES's footplanting into their games. It's amazing how Konami is so good at making players actually move their feet, and 2k makes players slide all over the place. That is definitely something they should focus on.Comment

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
I like that draw attendence feature. That would be amazing in helping with trades during the Association. Crazy trades wouldn't fly as much because it could be money out of the pockets of the owners. It could also improve All-Star weekend where players who are liked more get voted for more often. At least the starting 5 would be more realistic.Comment

Re: Borrow this feature from PES 2008
^Speaking of all-star voting, in real life voting is divided by Guards, Forwards, and Centers, instead of each individual position PG, SG, SF, PF, and C like in 2K7. they need to change it to the real life format since sometimes Kobe and TMac both start as guards for the West (even though they are both SGs) or when Lebron and Vince both start as forwards on the East (when both of them are SFs).You can get a free xbox 360 elite!
