One ? - Did they address fastbreaks

The fastbreak catchup logic in 2k7 was just rediculous. Are they fixing it for this year. Is jason Kidd going to get run down from behind by Ray Allen? Do teams that run the break really run it?

I know the fastbreak has been difficult for sports games to capture. In '05 another game almost had it right, almost...

2k7 was close last year too, but there was like a suction tracking beam that sucked the defender to me on all fastbreaks.

Anyone know if this will be fixed? Or did gus here like it the way it was last year?

The fasbreak issue was improved a TON after the patch was released last year. Hopefully, VC continued to improve this area of the game. No word on any specific improvements in this area though.

I hope they address the fact that not every break is a damn 3 on 2 so coming at the angles they do EVERYTIME is beyond stupid. I hope they have defenders actually stop the ball thereby forcing a pass rather than just running to underneath the basket. Maybe the defender will take a charge? Jump shooters will give space and spot up for an open jumper rather than clogging the middle.

The fastbreak A.I. has been the same since 2k5 and it is about time it does get an upgrade! It needs to be smarter.
