Who is the most effective player to get a triple-double with?

I think Lamar Odom is the best choice. I know he's a PF, but he basically plays PG for the Lakers. He can score, rebound and dish out assists. Jason Kidd would be the right answer if this were real life, but I can never get double digit rebounds with him in this game.

I'd have to disagree with you.

In my Raps season Kidd dropped 12/12/14 on my Raptors.

Go figure.

When I faced the Lakers in another association, Odom dropped 19/14/16.

Kidd is definitely triple double material in this game, unlike other past NBA games he actually finds good positioning and gets to most of the loose balls the same way he does in real life.

i dont know if you are talkin about cpu controlled players getting a triple double, but its pretty easy with a user controlled player.

i play with the hawks and acie law has been a couple rebounds from a triple double almost every game.
the points and assists come easy, i just have to make it a point to crash the boards, instead of starting the break.

King James I think would be the easiest. You can bascially get a TD without even really trying with him.

lewis!! lol...he hasnt even gotten 10 asts in 1 game his whole career..

in 2k7...out of 9 10 odd games i played teh nets...i remember kidd getting 3 triple dips....
the last game i played against a team with kidd...he got 9-8-9.
but yeah...lebron, kidd and odom are the best options i think.

J-Kidd. I manage to get a lot of rebounds with him, score around 10-13 and dish 10-12 assists. Just like in real life!

I think T-Mac. Can shoot, throw it into Yao for the assists, and grabs boards easily.

Kidd. EASILY. He can actually grab a ton of boards, racks up the assists and can score.

I had a triple double w/ him last night 22/12/10...

He is sick, and runs the point forward for me sometimes too.

You could easily get 10 steals w/him too because he is such a good perimeter defender.
