I'll play an 82 gm season, but sim half of the games...
Yea...let me know if you get to 60 wins. Nice job!

So to update you guys on my 76ers association...
The 5 gm winning streak I was riding, which had been stretched to 5 after beating Boston 94-74 at the Garden, was snapped in a road loss to Denver 113-110. It was at times real close, and I did have the lead for short stretches in the 2nd and 3rd. However, I could never extend it to pull away.
Billups finished w/ a double double (pts/ast), and he had the offense operating smoothly w/ Melo leading the game in scoring. Iggy was horrible from the field, but did go 8-10 from the stripe.
Denver, in my assoc., had one of the worst records prior to me trading doing the Iverson deal (sometime in early Dec.), but now they are playing really good and not far from .500. Could Billups really be a difference maker for this team...moreso than A.I.?
My lack of 2nd chance pts, and poor shooting is what did me in. Denver beat me in the rebound margin by like +11, and had 5 more offensive boards than I did that ALL went for a score. They also shot much better from beyond the arc, hitting 7 3's to my 3 3's.
For anyone interested I've created a Blog titled '76ers - NBA 2K9 Association - Rebuilding a Winner' in MY ARENA which will chronicle my 76ers association.

A move that I've been exploring, which I've also gone into detail about in my blog, is perhaps a 3 team deal between me, Indy, and a team yet to be determined.
The 'Yet to be Determined' team being one in need of a PG (Andre Miller), and the other peice of the deal being Samuel Dalembert.
I would look to pry Dunleavy and Nesterovic from Indy, sending Miller to the 3rd team involved, and Dalembert to Indy...I'd include a 2010 1st rounder and maybe Reggie Evans to make salaries match...
