Marquise Daniels wasn't the answer IMHO...neither is AI but I only have him two years.]
    SF: Gerald Wallace (85)
    PF: Boris Diaw (80)
C: Hasheem Thabeet (81) [#4 pick. Traded Okafor to Indiana for the #4 pick. They had cap room and only had Hibbert at center. They get a veteran and I get the upside of a potentially great defensive center.]

    Main Reserves

PG/SG: Stephen Curry (76) [#5 pick (original pick). HUGE reach but I wanted a backup PG/SG and a shooter. He's a beast and a local kid, had to get him.]
    SF: Kareem Rush (74)
    C: Nazr Mohammed (72)
PF: Tyler Hansbrough (70) [#20 pick in the draft. Traded my 2010 1st round pick for this selection. I like Hansbrough, sue me. Obviously I made his rating realistic so don't hate too much.]

    Bench Warmers

    SG: Matt Carroll (73)
    PG: Sean Singletary (73)
    C: Alexis Ajinca (71)

    PF: Juwan Howard (70)
Not bad and kudos for actually editing the rooks. I just couldn't fork over the time to do that. I see Juwan Howard is still finding a job lol.

In my Wiz association I was beset w/ injuries so by game 41 I had to finally bring Gilbert Arenas back - off the IR, and inserted him in the starting lineup.

His season debut in Sactown was a 20 pt effort which lead all Wizards, but was a loss of 113-102.

A win would've put us up over .500 by one game (21-20), but instead we fell to 20-21 w/ the next game being a game vs the Lakers in LA.

I'm hoping to just light'em up w/ Agent Zero in his 2nd gm back. I want to make a statement, and score 60 or so points to show the league that Gil is back, and the Hibachi is fired up and ready to cook your team.

I haven't updated my blog in a week...

    http://www.osatwork.com/JBH3/blog/

Expect a blog update by tonight/tomorrow morning - outlining my most recent games etc.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Other than the moves the Wizards made in real life - which I also did in my association - The only other trade I made was Olesiky Pecherov for Alexis Ajinca. Which was done as part of the 3-team deal that sent J-Rich to Phoenix in exchange for Bell & Diaw.

Pecherov has only team options left on his contract so if Charlotte doesn't want to re-sign him they get a little cap flexibility. Ajinca was a 1st rd pick, #20 overall, in the 08 draft, but is very much a project w/ an overall rating of 64, but he does have good size and could be my starter in two years - if he increases over McGee.

Pecherov is a 67 overall and still has upside. He had played only four games w/ me, but is now seeing about 8 minutes a game w/ Charlotte. He could increase into the low-mid 70's, and be a nice little role-player for Charlotte. He is 7 footer w/ a shooters touch.

I plan on moving a bigman and a guard during my 1st offseason so Etan Thomas or Brendan Haywood paired w/ Mike James or DeShawn Stevenson could be on the move.

It will probably turn out to be Haywood and Stevenson traded since Etan's and James' contracts both expire a year earlier than Haywood or Stevenson. I've enjoyed playing w/ Stevenson, and he has scored in buckets for me at times, but I'm going to give Nick Young an opportunity to start if I can't land a star-type SG for Haywood and Stevenson.

I'm thinking maybe a deal for Redd could be in the works, w/ me sending over Stevenson, Haywood, and a #1 for Redd and whatever low-rate player I'll need to add to the equation for salaries to match.

I could possibly deal for a PG too, and move Gil over to the 2...

did you say you are able to edit the faces of the edited players? Because i did not think you could, or did you just pick a player out of all the draftees that looked similar?

I just picked guys that looked similar. It's not great but honestly it looks fine to me.

Curry = light skinned black guy
Hansbrough = white guy with brown hair (BTW they say Hansbrough in the game)
        Thabeet = dark black guy

So i was finished a season with the cavs(real-life roster) and got bored so i decided to start a new assoc. and make some trades to change the squad up a bit..it now looks like this

PG- Mo Williams / Antonio Daniels
SG- Mike Miller / Boobie Gibson
SF- Lebron / Hassel / Derek Anderson
PF- Antawn Jamison / Brendan Wright
          C- Z / Lorenzen Wright

I love having a Pf who can shoot and it is very nice to have a sharp-shooter in Mike Miller

Currently 1-1, the Hawks lit me up as Josh Smith went 11/12 for 28 points, and Bibby added 30

Currently 34-22 with the Trail Blazers
I am a chilly 1-3 after the AS Break with my lone win coming from behind at home to Atlanta where I realy had to go inside to get anything going.
I am in 3rd place in the WC, but only 2 up in the loss column from being 5th.
I just got punked by the Clippers at home by 37 then the Rockets took me behind the shed for a 14 pt drubbing. I guess it all started when I blew a 17pt 2nd quarter lead at home to Memphis the day after the AS Break...been downhill ever since.

            Depth Chart
            PG-Jerryd Bayless/Sergio Rodriguez/Damon Stoudamire
            SG-Brandon Roy/Rudy Fernandez/Martell Webster
            SF-Nicolas Batum/Travis Outlaw
            PF-LaMarcus Aldridge/Ike Diagu/Raef Lafrentz
            C- Greg Oden/Joel Pryzbilla

My shooting has been so on and off. One night I am lights out, the next, I go 2/13 from 3. Very frustrating.

I'm currently 10-3 with the Lakeshow, I've won 8 in a row and have been straight dominating. Odom has been great off the bench, I'm afraid to start him because I like having him on the floor as the number one option with the other bench players. Vujacic is unhappy and wants a trade, but I like having him as a shooter, but there is no room for him because Kobe is blocking him. I've played him at SF but Ariza is a good lock down defender and he isn't/

              Fisher-6 PPG 8 APG
              Kobe- 24 PPG 3 APG 4 RPG
              Radmonovic- 9 PPG
              Gasol- 15 PPG 11 RPG 5 APG
              Bynum- 18 PPG 12 RPG

              Odom- 14 PPG 8 RPG
              LA Angels

Currently 0-3 with my new look Bobcats. Just lost a tough one to New Orleans 100-98 in my home opener. Allen Iverson put up a nice lay up for me with 5 seconds left but rookie Hasheem Thabeet jumped up and interfered with it so instead of sending the game to OT I lose my 3rd straight.

I need to slow down my offense a little because I'm averaging ~100 shots/game when I should be around the 80-90 range.

                Some player stats:

                Allen Iverson - 22.3 PPG, 4.7 APG, 1.7 SPG, 47% FG
                Gerald Wallace - 17.7 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 2.3 SPG, 42% FG
                D.J. Augustin - 15.3 PPG, 7.3 APG, 2.7 SPG, 43% FG
                Stephen Curry - 11.3 PPG, 3.0 APG, 38% FG
                Boris Diaw - 8.3 PPG, 8.3 RPG, 40% FG
                Tyler Hansbrough - 6.0 PPG, 5.7 RPG, 39% FG
                Hasheem Thabeet - 6.0 PPG, 11.7 RPG, 2.3 BPG, 32% FG

My team shooting numbers are TERRIBLE! I need to slow it down and get better quality shots.

Currently 19-13 with the Pistons, 12 min Qrts, playing every game, outsiders rosters, futures sliders.

Had won a load in a row, went to LA to face the Clips, up by 20 after a quarter....like an idiot i get very complacent, Baron starts draining treys for fun and i go and lose it 96-93.

That said im happy with the way we are playing, despite being miles behind the 27-5 on fire Cavs.

POTY so far has to be Rip, with 26.7ppg hes second only to LeBron in the League Leaders for ppg, shooting a stunning .496 field goal percentage.

                    Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS

I give up. The Bobcats suck. I want a shot at winning and this team is going to take several years to build up.

I, like many others on this planet, am a LeBron fan. Therefore I'm going to create a new Association and take over for the Cavs.

I'm still going to sim the first season because I love the off-season stuff. I am NOT going to do the rookies again because it was a flop last time. None of them were getting PT when I simmed the season as a test, so that time was not well spent. Oh well I found out the hard way.

The Cavs have quite a few people with 1 year on their contract with or without options:

                    Zydrunas
                    Ben Wallace
                    Wally World
                    Varejao
                    L. Wright

That's a LOT of cap space for the off-season...however I need to be smart because LBJ has a player option after year 2, just in case you guys on OS haven't heard...

I'm having a blast with my Cavaliers association right now. Somehow missed the playoffs my first season even after making trades for both Gerald Wallace and Derrick Rose. Went into the offseason and decided to overhaul the team. My current lineup has me hopeful I can make the playoffs this year.

                        C Zydrunas Ilgauskas
                        PF Chris Bosh
                        SF Lebron James
                        SG Kelenna Azubuike
                        PG Derrick Rose

I had to give up Gerald Wallace and 2 first round picks to land Chris Bosh but I thought it was well worth it to team him up with Lebron. My team got killed in the post last year and I refuse to let that happen again this season. I really need to get a shooting guard but if I can make due with Azubuike for a season I'll have over 14 million in cap room next offseason to fill the void.
I WOULD TRADE EVERY GAME I OWN JUST TO HAVE A PERFECT MADDEN.....

I lost a tough one to the SPurs by 9 in SA, where they shot a rediculous 65%+ from the field, then hung over for a gritty win over the Wolves in Minnesota where my shooting stroke came back. Bayless was clutch down the stretch.
I think my record is 38-24

Im again on a 3 game slump with my Mavs. After loosing to the Bobcats (kind of underestimated them) I lost to the Rockets by 20 @HOU and also fell short to the Grizzlies at home. Rudy Gay is really a monster. He scored 50 the game before I met the Grizzs and led his team past my Mavs with 16/5/5 and 2 blocks. Hes having a breakout season.

Well my game so much depends on Kidd and Dirk. Both did not play well during the stretch and thus I lost. Terry is getting better and better and against the Grizzlies was really the first game where my bench kept me in the game.

Down by 12, Gerald Green had one jam in traffic and one breakaway jam drving past Conley. The crowd got hyped and suddenly Devean George was able to drain two open threes in a row. Green added a 15 footer. And soon I was only down by 2.
That was sick. But I just could not keep it up.
I will play the Pacers next and after that the Lakers, whom I beat last meeting.

I ran an association w/ Cleveland last year...It was fun too...Lebron is a blast to play w/. I love using the Wizards though because Caron is like Lebron-lite, and Jamison is a beast. Plus at anytime I can just ISO w/ Gil and score...The games w/ the Wizards are a lot of fun, and they can contend but still need some work too. Maybe consider running w/ them....?

I really need to get a shooting guard but if I can make due with Azubuike for a season I'll have over 14 million in cap room next offseason to fill the void.
no conscious huh...? I mean to rape the CPU like that...

Plus at anytime I can just ISO w/ Gil and score...The games w/ the Wizards are a lot of fun, and they can contend but still need some work too. Maybe consider running w/ them....?
I have GOTTA LBJ it. I am on the wagon like most everybody else. Now that they have Mo Williams at the point it's even more attractive.
