Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS
But dude wanted a trade idea...And assuming he just wants a scorer, Randolph can fit that need. Of course you get a cancer, and a liability on defense but he can score in the low post.
Since I would consider the Bulls as a non-contender right now anyways, and more of a young developing team. I'd roll w/ the current roster instead of trying to make some crazy move for a superstar which is clearly not this team's direction.
They have a star in the making w/ Thomas, he's 22, and Noah can be an elite low-post defender. They just need time to progress...
I'd move Hinrich for a role-player and a #1, and wait and see what Gordon would want in the off-season...But I'd probably just let him move on, and ride-out Hughes or trade him in the last yr of his contract.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS
So I just had the best way to open a season in Charlotte. The Bobcats open their season in Cleveland to take on LeBron...I mean the Cavs. So this game was back and forth. Lebron did not disappoint. He scored 37 and had 7 rebounds and 4 assist. But Charlotte stepped up their game. Every time it appeared that the Cavs would pull away my man D.J. Augustin would keep Charlotte close. It turned out to be a 2 point game with 9.6 seconds left. I take the inbound pass with Felton and find Adam Morrison with some space to take a shot. He takes the shot right in front of LeBron James and nails it. The Bobcats win 92-91.Comment

Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS
I haven't really started my Association yet, but I did a fantasy draft to just kind of mess around with it. Starting lineup was this...
Kirk Hinrich
Eric Gordon
Michael Beasley
Paul Millsap
Tyson Chandler
^Crazy fun team to play with.
First game (All-Star), I won by 6. Beasley went off for 25, shooting 12/14. Hinrich ended with 11 assists and 10 points. And Chandler was a boss on the boards with 14. Gordon ended up with 9 points (3/4 from 3).
I can't wait until the rosters are set for the real season so I can run with Miami.Comment

Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS
I wouldn't want Randolph either, but he is a big who can score...and I guess thats what this dude wants. I'd keep both Gooden and Thomas, and roll w/ them w/ my strategy being to use Drew as a stop-gap measure for low post scoring until Thomas develops into a threat from the low post.

Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS
is anyoen else renaming all their draftees after real players in next years draft?
Ive been scoureing the prospect list and using the edit screen to tryign and find anyone to replicate the top 2009 players, then just editing their respective names, heights, accessories, attibutes and tendencies so i at least have a kinda real draft.Comment

I plan on playing every Bulls game the same day the Bulls do in real life, and would like it to be updated.Blackhawks - Bulls - Cubs - BearsComment
