Wow...Dragic gets splinters for me...I have Dragic run point if Nash gets into foul trouble, or if I'm out to a big lead to save Nash.

      Mostly I run w/

      PG-Nash/Barbosa
      SG-Bell/Barbosa/Hill
      SF-Hill/Barnes/Hill
      PF-Amare/Diaw/Barnes
      C-Shaq/Lopez/Diaw/Amare

Fouls and fatigue dictating...Thats how I run my rotation.

Alando Tucker, Dragic, Singletary rarely see action unless I'm up by a lot.

I'm going to take the 'real-life' approach w/ Nash and sit him about 5 gms between March-April (as Kerr stated to the media); to save him for the playoffs.

I get the same feeling w/ trades in the first yr too...Thats why I probably won't make a deal in my first yr.

Thru Nov.19th in my Suns association here's how my team stacks up.

Record 7-5; 1 in Div, 6th in Power Rankings.

      Leading Scorers:
      Amare 25.1
      Nash 21.5
      Barbosa 14.5

      Leading Rebounders:
      Amare 8.9
      Shaq 8.8
      Diaw 5.4

      Assists Leaders:
      Nash 11.7
      Barbosa 3.8
      Diaw 2.8

My next gm is vs L.A....Should be a good one, and hopefully I win to get the achievement AND put LA at .500%.

^ It will be okay. In the NBA a lost is destined to happen.
28 or 58 game season, it doesn't matter. FACE it.

I do this as well towards the end of the season. Exspecially if I'm a top seed team.

I play with Houston and I usually will alternate siting Yao or T-Mac in different games in April.

By the last game, I will usually not even suit either of them up.

It's fun and challenging to see if I can at least contend (not nessicarily win) with my Plan B Unit. (Bench/2nd Team)

well i loss my first game in my grizzles association.

i got handled by rockets 129-102 on superstar 10 mins using bizcanos and nogsters rosters.

i dont remember the stats of the top of my head but the rockets scored 52 pitp, shot 51%, attempted 37 3pt, and had 11 players in double figures with landry leading the way with 16.

i couldnt do nothing offensively to save my life against this team. they pressured me from start to finish even though they had the big lead. mayo was a no show. but i was really impressed by gasol. he stepped it up in the second half after having a misserable first half.

im still looking to deal warrick and walker to get a legit pf. i know i have arthur riding the bench. but i just need that one pf to be a strong inside presence on my team.

oh well i guess ill charge this loss to the game and keep it moving. 81 more games to go....

Edit...there is no achievement for beating LA as Phoenix. I thought there was, but PHO only gets achievements for beating Dallas and SAN ANT.

Oh well...I still won though...Got Kobe into foul trouble, but Vujaic almost beat me w/ all the 3s he was making...

Much to my dismay Kobe was starting at PG. Farmar and Fisher got minutes, and shared some of the duties of bringing the ball up; but mostly Odom and Kobe brought up the rock. I was aware that LA used Odom as a point-forward, but Kobe at the point?

That doesn't seem right at all...How can I get that changed?

Yea....I think it will be a MUST for Nash, Shaq, and Amare. I'm gonna sit'em all, and have them ready for the playoffs. I got Diaw to start at PF, and Lopez can get a few starts at C. I'll move a couple of stiffs off my IR to make room for Nash, Shaq. etc.

                    Re: ASSOCIATION PROGRESS

Playing a 28 game season (full playoff's though) with the Heat. I started on Pro but i think i'll up it to allstar next season.

The only trade i have made was to send Haslem and Dorrell Wright to the Nets for Yi and Hassell. Not the most realistic trade i know but Yi was angry for being the 6th man and wanted to be traded and i offered Haslem thinking they will reject it which they did but they came back with the counter offer so i said what the hell and took the deal.

So far i'm 2-1 winning both my home games and losing on the road to the Bucks. Bogut killed my small interior D and had 29, 8 boards and 6 blocks.

Wade has been awesome for me averaging 27ppg and the big surprise has been Zo who is now starting and puting up 11, 9 and 3 blocks per and a fair few steals as well. I can put him one on one with a dominate opposing big and he plays great D and usually keeps them in check. I need to draft a new centre in the worst way because once Zo gets tired (which doesn't take long for the old dog ) i get killed inside and on the boards.

I put Marion on the trading block to see what would get offer and so far only Vince Carter has been offered so i've held off because i need Marions defense.

I'm 5-13 in my Grizzlies association, YESSS!!!!!
°I traded Quinton Ross & Darko Milic to the Clippers for Camby & a 2nd round pick. I got Camby mainly to increase my low-post d. He's hurt right now though.
                      °Rudy being the usual Rudy.
°O.J. actually surprised me, a VERY good scorer.
°Hakim Warrick & Darrell Aruther are great offensively down low as well.
°I'm already getting ready for the draft, considering we probably won't do good for the rest of the year. Began scouting for mainly 1. A big man(for when camby leaves) & 2.A back-up PG behind Conley.

Just started my raptors dynasty were 1-1 on pro(first day with game)

Bosh had a game winning shot to lift the raptors to victory 99-98 while getting a career high 45 lol in the first game.

Second we faced OKC and beat them by 50 i just shut them down defensively and everyone was swinging the rock and scoring. Also held Durant to 9 points.

I like the game the more i play it so that's a good sign. The loose freestyle movement is really nice this year, reminds me of EARLY good NBA live games.

                            Not doing too well.
3-11 record playing HoF 5 minute quarters with the Bulls using downloaded sliders. I get pretty pumped when I'm playing and you gotta really stay on your toes with the CPU, the slightest space = guaranteed bucket. Still, it's hella fun and trading away Gordon for Stackhouse although not realistic gave me a huge boost in PPG.

                            Thomas
                            LaFrentz

Noah is an absolute BEAST for me. He's second only to Howard for Eastern Conf. Center All-Star votes and is averaging 11 PPG and 8 RPG with Gooden not too far behind.

Trading Noc for Prince gives me excellent shooting + long arm defense and getting rid of Hughes + 1st round pick for LaFrentz frees up cap space nicely. I'd start Rose, but I've yet to master his shot especially from 3 point land. I was hoping my PS3 update would be finished by the time I was done writing this but it's only @ 42%

Question...what rosters are you playing w/?

Did you just use the default rosters? I did and the whole IR was available to sign FAs. I brought in Bo Outlaw and Penny for the league minimum, and still have one slot open...I might use it to bring in Bonzi Wells via MLE since it is December in my assoc. and he is still available.

I would give Shaq a night off against the next cup-cake opponent you face, start Lopez, and bring someone off your IR to play back-up to Lopez.

                                I used default. I run a 10 man rotation.

I signed Robert Horry, but will release him once Amare returns, which should be soon. I just lost Barbosa for a 1-2 weeks. Sucks, but I was never really good with him anyways.
