Does anyone know what these "small issues" are that were addressed? I would like to at least see or know what they were. Any of the mods or people in the know, can you post them if possible? It's the very last thing on the list.

Thanks for the early impressions Court_vision. I'm definitely interested in hearing more when you've spent more time with the game.

I'm thinking of finally getting 2k9 depending on how this patch works.

You've played a lot of LIVE...so I am not sure you'll like 2K.

I've been playing LIVE a lot also, as you know, and the 2K court feels so small after playing LIVE. It just feels so crowded / lacks any real spacing.

There's basically no draw and kick game at all.

Da_Czar was completely right when he said that 2K is like ice skating after using Live's foot planting.

Positives are that rebounding, fast breaks etc are all much better than LIVE.

The patch definitely improves the game and overall.

i wish they fixed how they record assists because i'm pretty sure it's wrong. Rose passes to Deng at the top of the key, hey drives past his defender for a lineup. Rose gets an assist. That is not right. No wonder I am consistently getting 10+ assists/game with Rose.

The receiver doesn't have to shoot the ball right away for the assist to be credited to the passer

If he caught the ball and drove to the cup right away, the game has it right.

Yao had 7 blocks 4 me last night! Pre-Patch I may have got him 1 or 2 if any!

Because new animations were added via the patch. Simple.

exactly, this was one of there new features this year, the ability t add new animations.

Just noticed that Rudy Gay now has "Dunk 7" package, one of the dunk packages that was previously only accessible on random generated rookies. If you switch off of Dunk 7, you can switch back to it too, unlike in association where if you switch off of it, it doesn't appear anymore.

Also, Derrick Rose has "Dunk 10".

These are in the new roster update that was put up this morning.

For next year they should give that guy a seat usher jacket so it makes more sense for him going up and down the stairs ( looking for unruly fans to throw out)

Really wish they would increase the tendency that put back dunks come out. I have played well over 100 games and have never seen a put back dunk in my own games and have only ever seen it while my brother was playing.

Regarding post defense, I think what may of happened is I think they may have raised the jump height on shot block attempts. Tyrus Thomas just jumped out of the gym to block Bosh right then. But I do think they raised the jump height and ball tracking on blocks in the paint because I have seen a TON of blocks lately for anybody that tries to force their way in the paint for a shot. I used the Blazers last night against a friend who basically either shoots 3s or shoots layups and I had 5 blocks with Oden, 5 with Aldridge, 3 with Pryzbilia, 3 with Outlaw.

I can't get the patch right now but I thought the game played great anyway on HOF with Bluelightnings sliders.....

It doesn't matter because OS seems like its full of a bunch of women sometimes......You guys are never happy.....
