What I love about 2k9!

1.Highlights showing players who are playing great during the game and time outs.

This is a nice touch.

I just wish they expanded it on it more. They show the same highlights every time to the point that it's annoying and old now.

Plus, sometimes they just don't even fit with what's going on. I could go 4/5 from three in the first half and then go 0/5 in the second half, and the cut scene talking about how the team is locked on from behind the arch will come up in the second half.

Or a guy will come off the bench in the first quarter, do some damage. He could not even play the rest of the game, but they will show the cut scene of how the guy is giving them firepower off the bench in the fourth quarter. Doesn't make sense.

They need to expand on it by giving different commentary for all the things they show cut scenes for. Not only that but it would be nice to get a stat overlay after they show the clip to show you what they are emphasizing in the cut scene. And just show the clips at the right time.

I love the fact that I have played every game of my association and havent gotten bored of this game yet. Looking forward to the playoffs!

I love the highlights and replays they are awesome. I love the NBA.com and the stat lines, the efficiency points and pure point and pure shooter. They crowd is good could be better. The timeouts and team celebrations are great.

The whole NBA.com thing is nothing more than a cosmetic feature. It doesn't make association any better or worse,

Makes it better. Now if they could include some stats, standings, stats, comparisons and incorporate those from the nba.com section in the game.

Example, during a Celtic-Cavs season game show the break down between series for each team; show some more stat overlays and what not.

i dont get the hate.
people want perfection. its never going to happen..
but for a legit nba experience...ive never played a better game.
i started a new season with the thunder. i hadnt touched the game in 2 weeks... and straight away i was like "this is a great game".
played the bucks. beat them. ridnour scored 30pts on me..but so what...he took what the defense gave him, caught fire and kept coming. the gameplay is fine.
sure there are issues.. but name 1 game that doesnt.
and really. a lot of these issues are in the eye of the beholder. and pretty nitpicky really.

what do i love about nba2k9.
everything.

That is just how I feel. I hear people complaining and think to myself its not going to be perfect.
